I have had the same poor experience as all recent reviewers. I have bought from ACHICA for many years with no problems but, having received a damaged item recently, have had no response whatsoever to recent emails. Having investigated a little further - I discovered (in The Gazette - Official Public Record) that KPMG LLP were appointed as administrators of ACHICA on 2nd December 2016!! The administrators may be looking for a prospective purchaser or just running down stocks or existing commitments to purchase but it seems likely that, as the company is failing (or has failed) their customer service department has been run down too or doesn't exist!!
I certainly will not purchase again and I think the chance of getting a response of any kind to issues is minimal.
