Online ordered brake pads

Online ordered brake pads, realised immediately that it showed brake shoes, cancelled the order within 60 seconds: result I have been sent a message that it is too late to cancel as being picked/packed/shipped
WHAT all in 60 seconds !!! are they serious ?? do they expect anyone to believe them !
Wow kids, so now we all have to go through the rigmarole of sending them back when they get here etc etc What a Waste of time, Gives me great confidence in this company.

Recommended to me, as a solution to issues with another bank, once forms filled, the transfer of my business accounts was seamless and the phone and on line assistance was seriously helpful to say the least . Very straightforward and the big bonus is the higher rate of interest in my commercial accounts

"It does exactly what is says on the tin". Rather susceptible at first having tried other fixes, but sprayed it on, and largely, not completely, black spot free the next days. I have a few stubborn slabs, but sadly ran out of the stuff before I could give them a good hiding

What a great shame

What a great shame, they started off well, good coverage for a reasonable sum, then on renewal the sum went up from £664.00 to £1010, wow a big big increase, so I asked why as I have made no changes
They promised to get back to me, did they ? sadly no so I chased them, waiting on a response, so I asked again, got the phone put down on me, so I asked again, really tried hard but it is very very apparent that they are not interested or need your business . So beware you have been warned

I had an issue with a few faulty socket outlets that failed in use. Although the return time was no longer valid, because I raised the matter with the company, they sorted out replacements quickly and efficiently

I read a review before giving instruction to avoid getting in to a mess

As per several clients, initially they were well organised, prompt and efficient and I used their services with no issue. Unfortunately the person that I had a good working relationship with, left the practice and it has been downhill all the way. There has been a huge mess with fees as I was dealing with three separate leases, I have asked for a breakdown but as you have guessed, no response,.
It appears that the left hand does not liaise with the right hand in this practice, so sadly I have requested all of my files made ready for collection, but yes, no response again Its a shame as they used to be on the ball !
I trust that they will advise me when my files are ready and that they will prepare a proper statement of accounts as I requested over three months back

We travelled to Belize having always…

We travelled to Belize having always wished to visit the country. The whole package organised by Audley was seamless, and trouble free. Collected from the airport, whisked to a small landing and taken up river to a remote lodge in the jungle. From here, jungle walks knowledgeable guides, Mayan temples and structures, birds, animals, and superb lodge cooking. Taken again to another location, all attended and guided, what more could you wish for. A proper in depth review is available on request

Got a response and invited to contact via Twitter or Facebook, since I dont do either, the matter cannot e taken any further

Beware this lot! do not sign up there are better out there. Ok been a loyal client, paid all the bills on time, had not unreasonable service so far, but! I made a big mistake, my bills crept up and up and so I installed solar and a large storage battery capable of taking low cost energy at night. Any result, none, whatsoever, they have ignored the frequent submitted meter readings, estimated payments exactly the same, I have phoned, absolute waste of time, recorded junk music for over 25 mins and no sign of any intelligent life, three times I have sent in separate complaints over several weeks, result folks, yes, absolutely nothing
This lot do not deserve any business, the word incompetence resonates loudly

It saddens me to write a poor review…

It saddens me to write a poor review but this must focus on the aftercare or should I say utter lack of it.
Briefly: a recent walking holiday in Tuscany, no issue with the set up, or meals or organisation, its Bugs crawling in my bed at tight that trouble me, rightly so but appear to be of no concern to Colletts. My wife and were absolutely horrified and since no other rooms on site were available, abandoned two days of our holiday. Reply from Collets, accept £50 each by way on an apology, we lost over £700 and so it goes to our legal folk as our health safety and any obligation of care to us was ignored. Sorry that you got bugs in your bed ( I have video ) and got bites it was wet outside so they came in, so we are out of pocket, do they care , No !

I have had the installation for over 4…

I have had the installation for over 4 years, after kicking Plusnet out. The installion was at the appropriate date, the claimed speed is a bit of a joke, I have negotiated an acceptable monthly cost, but it does cut in/out every so often, right in the middle of a Netflix film so plus the in the rest of the house, service reception is very poor.
Just renewed again, heaven help me ! as they have tried hard to keep my custom by increasing my download speed at reasonable cost. We shall see
