I was promised a lovely painting not knowing in reality what I might get, but indeed it was really well done and very life like.
A lovely addition to my collection of art and one that I do enjoy and appreciate

Prompt delivery service arrived as expected and competitive price, only given four stars because I cannot actually test them and use the extinguishers which would defeat the purpose for which they were purchased. Let's hope that I am never called upon to actually use them, because if I am, them I would award the fifth star on the basis that they did the job as expected

Generally speaking the service at the local depot in Milton Keynes is very good, however translated to a delivery service, the instructions can get mislaid, or misunderstood. Helpful staff seek to rectify any errors with good intentions, but acting on a correction can lead to further errors in not taking the positive steps to ensure that it is correctly executed.
Very competitive prices cannot be faulted and are certainly the best to be found, better in many cases than items offered on the internet by the big Two. With a little tightening of operative service, this organisation could be the very best

I would be very

I would be very, very wary of this health insurer. I had a potential claim for a new hip, and was advised that they would only pay 60% and at point of payment, reduced their contribution further stating that the fees of the surgeon/hospital were too high, no further explanation given. If you ask for a review, it is only their own panel that review your complaint. There are more honest insurers out there

Well done folks

Well done folks
pointed out that the car was high powered & not a toy as have had nasty experiences with young boy racers in the past, the manager himself came out bang on time, took the car away, got it tested and brought it back as arranged.
Excellent service and terrific value for money, no quibbles here!

A bit disappointed in that the page loading is no faster than the old BT cable and the catch up tv signal freezes often.

Misinformation

Arranged a call out for a fixed fee, and the service was prompt and courteous.
Checked boiler operation found gasket in poor condition which needed replacement but had none on the van. Then carried out test for safety to include checking the gas meter and the gas cooker. Instruments used by operative were technical and not clearly explained function. Operative decided that the boiler was defective & wished disconnect however with no prior warning I wished the boiler to function until repaired or changed.
Operative went away for some considerable time returned and replaced the gasket but stated that the boiler should not be used and should be replaced immediately
I asked about either repair, or replacement and after waiting for over 4 weeks with the boiler still defunct and no response at all from this company, had to go elsewhere for a further service. New engineer from another organisation advised that with some replacement parts fitted, the boiler was fit for purpose and this was completed and the boiler is fine AND DOES NOT NEED REPLACEMENT
I would have to say that although professional in outlook, this company needs to retrain its operatives to clearly state exactly what is required, how much it would cost, how long it would take and not attempt to frighten people in to a needless purchase of a replacement boiler

A bit of a mess up

I checked with them for the correct replacement pump, also checked the price which was £40 cheaper than my local wholesaler who insisted that his price was trade. I asked for a speedy delivery and it arrived next day. But it appeared that they had invoiced correctly but sent the wrong pump.
When I called them, they were most apologetic and they despatched the correct pump which arrived first thing the next day
Full marks for prompt service, sack the order picker
