One of the poorest couriers I have ever encountered. You can't speak to them about a problem as everything is automated and they don't get back when messages are left. I ordered bird food from Amazon which should have been simple enough but the website just says problem with delivery. What a shower!

Excellent company to deal with whether you need a loan or a wage advance. Everything is done quickly with the minimum of fuss especially the advances!

I have used UR before and was paid promptly with the full amount. On the latest occasion they amended the amount as I forgot to put the sim holder back but after I spoke to them we agreed on a fairer price.
Very good to deal with and they tend to offer the best prices!

Excellent company to deal with. They paid the full amount quoted for my phone and kept me updated by text and email. Louis (or Louie) was very helpful when I called customer service. The bank holiday slowed things up a bit but all in all top marks + best price!

Unbelievably bad app experience today. Can't apply for loan as it says I have already applied (which I have not). Can't get help on chat as it kicks me out constantly. Can't get a telephone number to call!!! Very very poor service

Salary Finance offer a first class service to either borrow money or just get an advance till payday. I have not always been approved for loans recently but that's probably just to do with age. They make everything very easy and pay out promptly so definitely a five star outfit!

Yet again first class service from the AA. A very pleasant gentleman I think from Didcot attended and got me sorted and back on the road quickly. He was a friendly helpful guy and a credit to the AA

Excellent company to deal with and they gave me very competitive quote. Would be 5 stars but signing up and accepting the quote was a slow and over complicated process.

I ended up returning a great value Longines watch but this was just my own personal taste. Jessica was particularly helpful right from buying the watch to agreeing the return. If and when I decide to buy again Prestons would definitely be my first choice!

They don’t even deserve one star! I was excluded from them 2 days ago purely because I self excluded from Betfair. They are apparently now a joint company and if you exclude from one that applies to both! I had no problem with Betfair but did not like their website. I explained that to both companies but no joy. I find it unbelievable but just making everyone aware of falling into the same trap. I actually like the PaddyPower app but do they care? NO! The question is if they are now ‘married’ why are they still operating separate websites? Answers on a very large postcard....could it possibly be the money they both make??

Can’t fault this company. They paid top money into my bank same day they received my phone. It did not even cost to send the phone as they use a free UPS tracking system.

An engineer was unable to repair our Fridge Freezer so we are getting a new one delivered within a few days of the engineers visit.
Very impressed with this service so far and would highly recommend taking out a Domestic and General policy!
