Very poor service with zero communication
One of the poorest couriers I have ever encountered. You can't speak to them about a problem as everything is automated and they don't get back when messages are left. I ordered bird food from Amazon which should have been simple enough but the website just says problem with delivery. What a shower!
New message for Charity or any other Evri advisor. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get speaking to anyone by calling the advertised number or using the live chat site. This is well documented. If you read this again please call me on 07979694795. Regards
