Another nazi regime pretending to operate under the authorisation of companies. The companies I've spoken to have no idea who you are. Not exactly sure why delusional foreigners are inferring with a company in another country - we have different laws and look forward to prosecuting you will them.

Worst customer service I've ever had…

Worst customer service I've ever had from an energy company. They keep changing the direct debit amount from what was agreed, on most occasions more than what we can afford. So constantly having to change it back to what it was, only this time they changed it yet again before the DD was taken. No email to advise. A letter by post that turned up days too late. So now they've stolen our money and have no grocery budget for the month. My family will starve due to the selfish actions of Octopus Energy. They won't refund the amount, due the balance on the account and have advised to do an indemnity claim with my bank which takes weeks to complete - Octopus refunds in the bank, the same day. Spoken to my bank an indemnity claim would not be a legitimate way of dealing with this, Octopus Energy are attempting to past the buck to keep customers busy with the delusion that they will get their money back via an indemnity claim. You will not. The payer realises an error with a direct debit. The payer reaches out to their bank and it will be investigated as per the Direct Debit Guarantee. The bank looks into the claim to check it's legitimate. If it's valid, then the bank will refund the payee. Oh yes, you need to be providing evidence. Octopus Energy SHOULD be refunding customers, not attempting to con them further.

100% Fake

I guarantee 90% of these reviews are fake for
Pets & Friends! I requested to cancel an order and they ignorantly decided to ignore that and ship the item. Only them bother to respond to the cancellation message. Hell has a placed reserved for people like this!

4 Hours late

4 Hours late. No update on the estimated time on the tracking. Yodel customer service didn't seem to care and basically said it'll turn up by 9pm. Wonderful I've lost an entire day's pay because your company can't function at a basic level. Genuinely if I had been aware Yodel were going to be the courier used by Argos then I would not have placed the order!

3 hours on hold

3 hours on hold over 3 separate conversations over 3 weeks. All for a missing £6.99 bag of cat litter that even the couriers tracking stated the order was part delivered. Not to mention the multiple emails that were also sent. So as customer service goes awful, disgusting and vile would be what pops into my head when I think of The Range.

I understand that you have contacted us regarding this however it took longer to respond to you than expected. I can confirm that our customer care team are working hard to assist as many customers as they can. We aim to address those queries that have been the longest in waiting for a response. As such, the best way to ensure we reach your ticket as quickly as possible is to refrain from sending any follow up emails as this would send your ticket to the back of the queue as the system counts it as “updated”. We are also implementing new processes to enable the customer care team to be able to assist customers more efficiently.

After looking into this order I can see that a replacement order was arranged to resend the missing cat litter out to you. I hope you will consider shopping with the Range in the future as we would like the opportunity to prove that this was not indicative of the service we offer. I apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by your experience.

Cancelled within the first 14 days and they are demanding money. I'm going to the financial ombudsman, I will not be harassed by anyone that actually owes me money for payments I do not need to make. I'm always happy to hold these people accountable for their actions and I'm quite sure it's going to cost you more than it costs me.

Go elsewhere, don't waste your time

As many of us do we fully research what is wrong with us online. In my case Otitis Externa, aka Swimmer's Ear. Actual GP appointments, don't exist at my doctors at the moment and they seem to be closed every few days due to covid. So it would be a phone consultant - they can't look in my ears down the phone can they, so would make the entire process a bit pointless. I found that Boots has an online doctor - awesome that would be easier. So sent something through on Friday and they bothered responding today (after taking a payment yesterday!) to say it my symptoms don't match the illness. Apparently the entirety of the internet is wrong I don't have swimmer's ear and I should go the GP... well as I explained to them if that was such an easy option I would have done! Highly recommend the Superdrug Online Doctor though as an alternative - apparently to them my symptoms fit perfectly.

Wow where do I start?!

So online store, I sent an email asking about a product I used to buy, if it was still stocked and if not then is there anything similar I could purchase - the email responses are as follows. Regis: "Unfortunately, we cannot advise you about stock replenish." Me: "So you don't know what you sell... Most retailers know what they sell and have the basic ability to recommend other products if that one is not available. It's called customer service, you might want to look into that." Regis: "Dear Sir, There is no need to be so aggressive and rude in your responses to my team. The guest care team cannot advise on product information we support customer orders and service level complaints. Further emails will not be responded to." Me: "No-one's being aggressive or rude, but you should certainly check your attitude at the door. FYI, I'm not a man, so calling me Sir is quite a rude assumption and you are selling hair care, your core market would be females - clearly you have absolutely no idea who you retail to. No response required - it's quite obvious queries are too difficult for you to handle. I'll happily spread the word for people to shop elsewhere." Regis: "Please refrain from continuing to contact the team. The guest care team cannot advise on product information we support customer orders and service level complaints. Further emails will not be responded to" Me: "You already said you were refraining from responding. Are you unable to control yourself and follow through with anything you say?" - Handbags and hissy fits with Regis!

Return to sender mail fraud

They sent me a 3 recipes that are spicy and I can't eat them. 1 recipe for a lamb dish, lamb makes me violently ill - also unsuitable. Requested to return and they told me to do it as a return to sender instead of providing a label. No proof I've sent it. No proof they've received it. No reason to give anyone a refund. Clearly they enjoy making life more difficult for others, so I'm quite happy to pass on to anyone that will listen how SimplyCook make a living by defrauding the Royal Mail. You'll wish you'd have just sent me a return label by the time I'm done with you.

Thanks for your feedback. I am extremely sorry to hear that you received recipes that were too spicy for you. You can add a spice preference on your account, which will enable us to only send you recipes that are within your preferred spice preference setting. In terms of the return process, we don't provide return labels, because you can just write 'Return to Sender' on top of the box and pop it into a postbox. All boxes sent through this method reach us and we only ask you to confirm to us once you have sent the box to us and we can refund you accordingly. Just email us once you have returned the box to us and we will refund straight away!

Can we have Noddle back now?!!!

I'm not sure what is wrong with them, but they won't remove a WORK address from my credit report. Not home address, a WORK address. On the psychotic basis that at some point I may have had a parcel delivered there. So HOW exactly, does me having a parcel delivered to a work address once justify you holding that work address (where I no longer work) on my credit file for the next six years?! TransUnion/Credit Karma you do have some very deranged ideas about information that you want to hold as well as the way you want to display it. Can we have Noddle back now?!!!

Awful

Awful. Leave my opinion about the app and some fool gets all high and mighty with me trying to make it my fault. I was switching business account to Starling, was told to open a personal account and then I'd be able to open a business account. But no option to open business account, then I get told it depends how I use my personal account for them to decide if I can be opening a business account. What a complete con! I get paid in my business name, so their personal account is no use to me for business and I'm perfectly happy with my current bank for personal banking, so will not be changing that for these cowboys. Tried to close my account - apparently can be done through the app, but it won't connect to their server. They try to blame my internet connection. There's no issue with my internet connection. Which tells me their servers aren't very good. Gets through to someone on chat, I say I want to close my account but it's not working when I try to do it myself. His response is to send me a copy and paste message telling me how to close it myself... NOT IMPRESSED. He then fobs me off with a phone number to call someone to close the account. So this online only bank can only be closed by ringing someone. I'll call that number, but only after I've contacted the FCA.

Sole trader accounts are available, however, they are subject to eligibility checks, which include looking at credit data and understanding the nature of your business. The option to apply for a sole trader account in the Starling app will only be shown to customers that match our criteria, based on details provided for their personal current account.
Closing an account can be done directly within the app but as your account had only just been opened it's possible it may not have been fully verified in which case you would have needed to reach out to our customer service team,

Salon Wholesale = Disgustingly awful

Disgustingly awful. Placed an order with Salon Wholesale, cleared in Paypal, messaged Salon Wholesale to ask why order was not sent. Salon Wholesale lied and said the order failed in Paypal. This obviously not being the case, I opened a Paypal dispute and I informed Salon Wholesale we would be doing this. Salon Wholesale responded back with that they didn't understand what I was talking about - I really would love to provide the proof on here! The Paypal case is open and has been escalated to Paypal for resolution. I HAVE reported Salon Wholesale to Fraud Action as I'm deeply concerned about their business practices.

UPDATE: Salon Wholesale decided to bother speaking to Paypal AFTER all of this and when they saw the review, but Salon Wholesale have still failed miserably at the very simple of task of refunding me. Well if Salon Wholesale can't figure out they've been paid, I doubt they're able to figure out where the refund button is. Apparently, Salon Wholesale have lots of time on their hands to report reviews!

FURTHER UPDATE: Paypal closed the case in my favour, which we knew was going to happen! Apparently, Paypal sent the payment as an eCheque and Salon Wholesale doesn't know what an eCheque is! Paypal makes payments eCheques when the payment is high risk, Paypal clearly know what's going on here - I imagine Salon Wholesale are about to have lots of experience with eCheques now. FYI for anyone posting a review against them on here, they like to report it as a review that was not meant for them. It makes you wonder exactly how many negatives they've had moved... just think of that if you intend to place an order, be wise spend your money elsewhere!

Not to be trusted.
Applied for a new business account. Got told I'd have a response within 2-3 days. 2-3 weeks later... still waiting. Contacted customer support told 6-8 weeks for a new account opening. Complained - got a generic copy & paste "we don't care" response. Told to go to the financial ombudsman if I don't like it. So opened a business account with another provider online in 5 mins and complained to the financial ombudsman about HSBC as they advised. Honestly, I would have expected more from high profile global bank. It's disgusting behaviour.

Still waiting for a refund...

I placed the order on the 30th December 2019.

I received an email on the 3rd January 2020 saying that the order was going to be delayed.

I emailed them on the 8th January 2020 querying when the order would be shipped and then is was magically shipped the same day with no response to my email.

The order was delivered on the 11th January 2020 and I sent the return on the 15th January 2020.

They've had my money for almost a month, I would actually like it back now.

This was the first and last time that I will buy anything from Dr. Martens...
