New seller and honestly what a bunch of copy & paste obsessed morons! I'm having a problem specific to me, if they could actually be bothered to address it instead of sending me a load of nonsense that's available on the website that would be great! What is the purpose of having customer services if they aren't going to be of any service to the customers!!!
