Wow where do I start?!

So online store, I sent an email asking about a product I used to buy, if it was still stocked and if not then is there anything similar I could purchase - the email responses are as follows. Regis: "Unfortunately, we cannot advise you about stock replenish." Me: "So you don't know what you sell... Most retailers know what they sell and have the basic ability to recommend other products if that one is not available. It's called customer service, you might want to look into that." Regis: "Dear Sir, There is no need to be so aggressive and rude in your responses to my team. The guest care team cannot advise on product information we support customer orders and service level complaints. Further emails will not be responded to." Me: "No-one's being aggressive or rude, but you should certainly check your attitude at the door. FYI, I'm not a man, so calling me Sir is quite a rude assumption and you are selling hair care, your core market would be females - clearly you have absolutely no idea who you retail to. No response required - it's quite obvious queries are too difficult for you to handle. I'll happily spread the word for people to shop elsewhere." Regis: "Please refrain from continuing to contact the team. The guest care team cannot advise on product information we support customer orders and service level complaints. Further emails will not be responded to" Me: "You already said you were refraining from responding. Are you unable to control yourself and follow through with anything you say?" - Handbags and hissy fits with Regis!
