Received an email today saying

Received an email today saying: "Going forward, you'll need to enter your username, passcode and a unique One-Time Passcode (OTP) that we'll send to your mobile or landline number - so it's important your details are up to date."

I have no intention of ever providing you my phone number again, so you had better come up with another way of allowing people to log in.

In line with recent regulatory changes, we are obliged to send a passcode to your mobile or landline number. If you do not wish for us to contact you on the number provided other than for sign-in purposes, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department who can make a note of this on your account.
