I didn't like the fact that, despite informing me that my parcel would be delivered on a certain date, the parcel was finally delivered 2 days later . Similarly Yodel had 2 failed collections of the product that required to be returned, before they finally collected it, resulting me having to stay at home awaiting their delivery and collection for about 4 days in total.
My like was that the customer service were very professional and did their best to assist in the whole process.
