I again had an issue with my HUMAX not a technical issue but how to pair my remote with my HUMAX plus I have 3 HUMAX machines and they tend to clash with each other so the technician Tamara explained to me how to individualise the machines so they don’t clash she is very knowledgeable and knows her job top marks it gives me confidence to purchase HUMAX as I know their is aftercare support this is excellent SUPPORT she’s friendly and very supportive with regards to your issue so buy HUMAX with confidence they have an excellent support system ask for TAMARA very good at her job
Please may this email be shown to her Manager so he or she can see how she supports customers

I have just spoken to Tamara from HUMAX support she was extremely polite very professional and very patient with me she guided me through my trouble shooting as I had issues with my box hopefully the issue is resolved if not she advised on further steps to take she was extremely helpful and supportive her help was much appreciated good call excellent customer service thank you very much.

I would advise people not to purchase from these people if the product you purchase on does not suit its purpose and you change your mind and decide to return the item they will give you a UK return address then when you contact AZ-boutique.co.uk they will then contact you saying the item has not been returned to FRANCE this is not the return address that you are given to return the item to FRANCE
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY it maybe a scam I don’t know but when you write to them and ask for a return address and that return address is in the UK then you send it via Royal Mail signed for then you make enquiries with regards to your refund they reply the item has not arrived back in FRANCE yet so your unable to get your refund my advice would be NO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

My delivery was fast but items were missing this is not a good look for a first time customer spending £1299.90 you expect to see and receive all items I was very disappointed when and while opening the box I shall be writing to Serien about the situation also I feel cheated this is not a good look for a first time buyer I will send a more detailed explanation to your complaints department with screenshot evidence you should be customer friendly charging the prices that you do people work hard for their money and expect to receive what they have paid for

Bad customer service just joined password would not accept I had to sign in with verification codes constantly informed customer service I am still not able to log in with a password pressed forgot password no success contacted support they sent link to reset password reset password it didn’t accept the new password what I like about Nord it does what I want I’ve tried 3 other VPNs they didn’t work at all but this VPN I can’t login to an account I’ve written numerous emails to customer service and I am yet to be sorted out their service is fast and reliable but I just can’t login please may someone from customer service sort this out you will lose customers something is wrong with the SIGNING IN
