I have just spoken to Tamara from HUMAX support she was extremely polite very professional and very patient with me she guided me through my trouble shooting as I had issues with my box hopefully the issue is resolved if not she advised on further steps to take she was extremely helpful and supportive her help was much appreciated good call excellent customer service thank you very much.
