HUMAX customer service never fails their immaculate customer service the epg on my HUMAX was not operating correctly I phoned HUMAX customer service I spoke with Tamara she said no problem just go to settings select program search and reprogram your epg to my surprise it sorted the issue TAMARA is very knowledgeable she knows her stuff so if anyone has any problems with their HUMAX devices ask for Tamara very friendly she’s a people person very nice little lady
