I fitted the battery as per youtube, but the battery would not charge. I updated using the TomTom website, but still nothing. Showing grinding gears and connect to PC image. Not charging.

When installed, team leader Mark gave us an inspection tour and made minor adjustments where needed, giving tips on aftercare. A Top Job!

The Dreams salesman gave us plenty of time to view a variety of mattresses with good product knowledge. We ordered the one we wanted and it was delivered on time the following week. The mattress is extremely comfortable.

The pies arrived "down south" in good time, thermally wrapped, the ice pack still solid. Only tried the Cheese Burger and Chicken and Mushroom so far. We had half each with mash, broccoli and gravy. Very nice.

After searching online and in store at all the usual suspects, we found our ideal sofa at the Slough branch of ScS in early October and were given today, 6th December as the delivery date. This allowed us plenty of time for the removal of our old sofa. Well in advance of delivery, the 6th was confirmed days ahead, then on the morning advised by text of the approximate time of delivery. With 30 minutes to go we received a direct phone call from the delivery team. The sofa was delivered, assembled and installed in minutes with no fuss.Well done ScS!
