Money went missing from our account on…

Just finished on the phone after 14 days of contacting they sent 10000£ to a total stranger because the contacted them to change the phone number the data protection from this company is 0 who sends 10000£ because they received a email form the same email address as mine and then just sent the money about 2 hours later we got a request for payment to compleate order 55 once we noticed the request we contacted currencies direct who said they received a email to change the contact number not even going into our account to ask us if it was a genuine request I Skopje again to paulroy chattily who is high up in the accounting but after this wouldn’t trust them again don’t be fooled by this company I have told them that is nothing I have no alternative but to contact the police again you cannot trust the company to send the moneys if they just received a email requesting a phone number change then just sending money to who ever asks for it we have done 54 transactions and never had cause to contact them this is unbelievable the lapts in customer data protection and will be contacting trading standards on the 5.11.25 if the monies are not back into our account and our account reopened they will not even reopen my account so I can see what has be going on but they will transfer 10000£ by the phone callMoney went missing from our account on the 14.10.25 despite numerous attempts to speak with Paulroy chattier the call was never taken or had the decency to return our calls regarding missing funds they have left us in a position that through there incompetence we have had to go to world fist to do the transaction now 10000£ is enough money to lose but this guy doesn’t seem to care there has been no call from there accounts department for the full period from the 14.10.25 I don’t mind doing business but when you seem to be taken for a fool is not the correct way of doing business I will leave a negive review each day until I get a positive response and phone call action fraud will be the next stop

Composite fencing and decking supplies there system was hacked we believe and 10000 gbp has gone missing from our account it has been 3 weeks and they say there looking into it we are only a small company and trust this company with out transactions but now we don’t feel comfy using this company because we order from China will have now missed the cut off for Christmas imports who is going to compensate us for the loss of order through them losing our money they said order 55 was paid and that is where our money had gon only later getting a email to make the payment which we had not cannot see us using them again and will transfer to world fist as they promise same day transfers to China and 3 stand payment transfers not just 2 if we cannot claim our money back by the 4.11.25 we will have to contact action fraud we even have photos saying payment had not gone through after we refused to pay as this was a company in Poland who we never had dealings with anyone in Poland thanks for reading but be very careful don’t seem to tell the complete truth

They have lost 11000£ of my money then trying to tell me that we did it there system was down last week but now blaming me don’t think will be using them again

Absolutely waste of time don’t even buy anything from these the cat tracker gps does not work requested return 10 days ago and said you had to go through the correct channels so did that and now don’t even bother to reply don’t waste your money on this company as it might as well just take your money and run again don’t buy items from these I will keep posting the truth until they realise they cannot keep doing this to people I can see why they only have 1 star rating if I could have starred a minus I would have

30 kg item damaged could not get any…

30 kg item damaged could not get any form of refund as they say it was incorrectly wrapped in corigated card then we shrink wrapped following the guides but because it was only wrapped in double skinned card and not triple skinned not that the item was just dumped on the floor of the ups truck 30 kg plus sliding round on a floor 1 thickness of card is not going to be of much use I would not use parcel hero or ups again they just don’t care if I could have given 0 stars I would

GPS collar this is a cheap and nasty bit of kit gps does not work the item is useless bought Apple easy to set up and gps works great put the fast I on my Maine coon cat and took me 3 hours to buy again this item is useless still waiting for return and refund but don’t waste you time even more don’t waste your money

Although the driver just slid our items…

Although the driver just slid our items that was wrapped in cardboard and shrink wrap the items just pushed into other items not even strapped at 6ft long and weighing 30 + kg parcel hero did not even has the decency to offer a refund we are a business but would not recommend ups or parcel 1 is not bothered of the way your items are looked after the other is just seems to be about profits received a email though. Saying they was sorry for the damaged caused but incorrect wrapping they would not payout if it was strapped in place then the wrapping was good but shows you what they think of returning customers but no more

We had a delivery using parcel hero and…

We had a delivery using parcel hero and although it was wrapped in accordance to the website it was 6 ft long when ups came to pick it up the weight was about 35 kg he slid it into the van hitting out her parcels when our customer received it there was some damage although we have photos parcel hero would not accept any liability and said it was incorrectly wrapped used to wrap corrugated card boards folded over for extra padding the duck taped the wrapping then used heavy duty black shrink wrap this site just have a laff not interested in customer care of the product have just have there own way of declining claims

After nearly 3 month the insurance…

After nearly 3 month the insurance company will not offer anymore money towards any shipping cost import costs Labour cost and hauler cost now they say they will credit the courrier company who then will sort it out with us and the insurance company now says I have to deal with it myself and through the courrier company we are still messing around and between the insurance and courrier still have not got any payment the claim was only for 359 can you imagine the hassle if you have large claims by the way the insurance company only agreed to pat 66% so ended up getting 240 and nothing else we now ask courrier who they have insurance with to protect our self’s from losing more money still ongoing it seems to be a bit pointless as I am sure they just do it to stress you out must thank the company for been no help at all

3 month down the line and still cannot…

3 month down the line and still cannot get an agreed settlement for a claim for 352£ would not like to know how you would go on with a big to claim from these will cost you money as the payment offer dose not even make sense we have even now stopped sending delivery’s with there clients as pointless if damages occurs you will not get the true costing god only knows what the 2nd claim will get valued would not get ant form of insurance from this group

After 10 weeks and 2 very small claims…

After 10 weeks and 2 very small claims still unable to get a pry out for 352£. And believe it or not they came up with 36£ to get 24 kg of fence boards delivered to us including the cost of products at the cost of the products was 33£ then shipping port chargers handling customs and delivery this is not acceptable as this has cost us money through there clients not doing there job correctly

We had to make a second claim for 8 damaged composite fence boards sizes 1830mm long 300mm high weight 28kg taking into account shipping customs clearance import duties haulage/courrier maersk port chargers they made us a offer of 36£ but said that with it been under £75 would not be able to pay can you believe you can get these items in China get all the nesters bocs and delivered for £36 the principles are totally wrong and taking claim people as fools

We have had to stop using our courier…

We have had to stop using our courier service due to the fact of being insured with one broker who are not paying out on a claim for 352£ for the client damaging our goods in transit photos and all documents for the replacement cost have been sent but still have not paid if you take insurance out with this company expect issues if you have to make a claim

Still unable to get a payout from these can see why 80% of there reviews are 1 star they don’t care and just thinking about profits wouldn’t take insurance out with this group they do nothing to help and just there to block or reduce your claim

Still have to jump through hoops over…

Still have to jump through hoops over 352 they have all documents in formation when cargo left China when it was imported handling chargers by maersk customs clearance by portico 6% added by uk gov for imports and haulage by Newell and wright but still won’t allocate any of these chargers we occured on replacing the damaged items we are now having to go legal advise which will cost us but will not give in even if this costs us but this is not the way forward we have even contacted the company who we use a courtiers who is 4s to explain we cannot now use there services with the current insurer they are with and have told them when there insurance is due if they use another insurer then please get in contact it is not really the money it the principle the way they deal with claims seem to be prehistoric we asked them a question if we only need to peplace 44 items at cost why should we have to buy 6200 based on there insurance offer we have had no reply to the question in 5 days

Started of ok get 3 bronze pots but in 15 years have never had 3 bronze continually all at the lowest figure of 60£ played with 400 on my own money but nothing after that the pots that you pay extra 10p per spin is a good idea if it is genuine but never so a pot in a week so that also make me wonder I know you only pay for entertainment but surly 6 days paying on the trot you would expect to win on one if you can somehow get a win above 200£ I would pull it out cut your losses and move to another site still waiting for the win above 200£ these are a Renton number generator but still run by main software to be able to pay a supossed 95%rip which means return to player I have played a number of sites but never have seem to come off winning good luck but you should be prepared to lose just how much is down to you on promotions no bonuses site is very flat and Loyalty doesn’t get you anything on here

We had a courier that had damage our goods when we had to make a claim although the claim was only for £352 we had to jump through hoops the claims technician was called steffanie lay we producted documents showing cost of boards cost of maersk port chargers and lolo cost of applying for customs clearance cost of freight then cost of labour for unloading stocking computerising stock then packing wrapping arranging collection now the reply’s was you can only claim for good damaged cannot claim any part forshipping documents clearance delivery but the best bit cannot claim any labour the offered us 172. If it means that much to them they may keep the bit of money but a bit of advise if you use couriers find out who there insurance is with if it is with one broker then do not use if damage is don’t it will cost you money even if you have to replace and deliver damaged items do yourself a favour read this and take my advise don’t get insurance from these and try not to deal with large courier firms who are insured with these

Think I have the right company bought…

Think I have the right company bought my son a car from these paid for delivery and tax they did send a video of the front of the car and did show me the stone chips but never informed me about stone chips down both the offside doors scrap along the back door to wheel arch did knock us some money of but after we paid he desired not to tax the car as he says he has knocked enough money of this is after we paid him to tax the vehicle I would sooner ride a pushbike that buy a car from these bad experience all round

If I could give 0 I would terrible to get any communication from taken out caravan insurance cannot log in was told I was a internal error then phone and contacted chat and was informed the documents I required would be sent by email but 8 days later nothing I might as well just take our a policy with another insurer that way might get the documents I need for the caravan park if you want hassle this is the company to deal with if not go elsewhere I will give them 5 more days to get the policy to me or just will take cover elsewhere and after 5 days will do another review to see if I got anywhere remember you want grief these are the people to deal with I would just like to add I have my policy after a number of attempts for them to send just getting blank documents very hard work for something that should have been so simple won’t be back next year that’s for sure

Bought a mea 1 chai drive kit from these on 22.6.24 only want the split link but have to take full conversion kit spoke to a guy called Haden who after speaking with nice I informed him that would need replacement under warranty after 1 hour not received a call over the replacement best bet buy direct from nice then you can deal direct as I have had to deal with EasyGates although it is a nice product they don’t even phone you back and other sales staff are unable to help as Hayden was dealing with it pointless
