Although the driver just slid our items…

Although the driver just slid our items that was wrapped in cardboard and shrink wrap the items just pushed into other items not even strapped at 6ft long and weighing 30 + kg parcel hero did not even has the decency to offer a refund we are a business but would not recommend ups or parcel 1 is not bothered of the way your items are looked after the other is just seems to be about profits received a email though. Saying they was sorry for the damaged caused but incorrect wrapping they would not payout if it was strapped in place then the wrapping was good but shows you what they think of returning customers but no more
