30 kg item damaged could not get any…

30 kg item damaged could not get any form of refund as they say it was incorrectly wrapped in corigated card then we shrink wrapped following the guides but because it was only wrapped in double skinned card and not triple skinned not that the item was just dumped on the floor of the ups truck 30 kg plus sliding round on a floor 1 thickness of card is not going to be of much use I would not use parcel hero or ups again they just don’t care if I could have given 0 stars I would
