Pleasant and efficient staff. Good knowledge from the guide and a packed itinerary.
Hotel clean and adequate. Let down by last minute information that no evening meals were available. Not the fault of Leger. Also, pre-paid lunched were no longer available with the museum package.

Review of Jet2holidays
Always used Jet2 and this is the first time I encountered some problems. Paid extra for an early morning flight, only for it to be put back by NINE hours. This meant missing almost a day of my AI holiday. No refund of the extra that I had paid (for 6 people). Return flight and type of plane also altered, but not so much of a problem. On the new plane, I was charged again for my already reserved seats, but this was refunded.
On the plus side, the assistance for my autistic grandson was superb and as usual, the Hotel Costa Calero was amazing.
Grandson manged to get a visit to the cockpit when we arrived back at Manchester.
I'm sure that I will book with you again - surely can't be so unlucky again. !!

I have used Staysure in the past, but due to health problems, my premiums have increased. I also usually add extras, such as curtailment. I had a code for 20% discount, so was pleased. However, I only got about £7 off a £107 premium. this is because the discount is only applied to your basic quote and not the extras for health problems. Disappointed!
