First Direct are dedicated to their customers and provide a first rate experience. I was one of their first customers when they invented telephone banking and have observed them adapting and improving as others tried to follow. Any issues are quickly sorted

This is the second time this year that I have received dead/dying or damaged plants. Customer Services resolved the first issue most satisfactorally. I am waiting for a reponse to my recent email expressing my disappointment. They could well address the issue to my satisfaction but I do not think that YouGarden is efficient in its delivery/logistical process

At least three people have delivered outstanding service to help remove my old LPG tank and re-establish a connection to cylinders. Hats off, thumbs up to Leanne in the office and to Engineer Steve Roberts and co-worker John Barlow. They worked well as a team to ensure that what could have been a complicated job went extremely smoothly.

There are some fundamental problems with SP. Customer Service personnel are always polite and try to resolve issues. However they are manacled by obsolete IT systems which appear to have been the result of takeovers mergers. The result is that they have more than one database and the financial one is untouchable and reigns supreme. So when I am finally told that those horrible completely wrong letters saying that I owe thousands of pounds will be stopped..... Guess what? The financial system still sends them out causing much stress and worry. I have moved to Octopus and receiving a far better service on all fronts.

Yet again, I am told something that does not happen or never happened. This time I get messages saying that my amazon parcel was delivered. I also get DPD saying that I signed for it!

Good value, no fuss, no surcharges, charming service, excellent cars. For the third year we have returned to Cicar. Never a problem. See you next Year!
The whole experience is always good. From the reception either on the web or at the local Bangor depot. Polite, communicative and helpful. Generally good value as well. The only downside was that I would have liked a decent cup of coffee while I waited.
