two of the six chargers did not work for me

I failed to operate two of the six charge points in Haydock Park because they were faulty. I was in a rush and needed to get the charge started before going into a conference, so I downloaded some App as instructed and that required my bank details which I didn't have. The third charger did take my card from my Phone and took £40.00 before starting. When I returned, the car had taken a charge for the cost of £10.25. The whole thing was time consuming and confusing

All the technology is spot on

All the technology is spot on. No problems there. I also like the carbon-saving objectives but that is somewhat a double-edged sword as I live in a remoter rural area and cannot always get out to collect the Parcel. I was incentivised to save on the postage so opted to collect from our nearest point which is not a place I would normally pass or go to

I had excellent dealings with Ian Wilstead and I was probably a difficult customer as I was starting from ground zero asd far as greenhouses are concerned. Ian was most communicative via the chat and email..and later by phone. I changed my mind, dithered and worried. However, Ian sorted me out with an Elite Titan and then got me outstanding people to come and erect it in a day. Thanks Greenhouse Stores

I was an early adopter of this…

I was an early adopter of this innovative bank and have never reretted the decision to move my banking from a more trditional one, back in 1990. Customer Services and Security measures are brilliant, up to yet. Regular comms via email are always informative about latest scams. The App has improved over the years and now I rarely use the website.

A few days ago I asked for a settlement…

A few days ago I asked for a settlement figure and today received a bot email asking me to follow a link to pay off my agreement. The link led nowhere and so I logged onto the website and there is no way to find out how to make my final payment. There is no customer services email, no telephone numbers, just a dysfunctional website and automated system.

I complained about the short lifespan of the medication for which I paid a lot of money. It was inappropriate for my age and the response acknowledged the rationale but was defensive rather than accepting

With the medication that we receive from our suppliers, we will only accept these with an expiry date of 6 months+ and if we do ever have an order with an expiry date shorter than 3 months, we will always get in touch with the patient to check if they are happy with this.
We fully understand that everyone may use treatments at different frequencies. The expiry date on your order was in 6 months from when this was dispatched from our pharmacy so our pharmacist deemed this to be appropriate with the number of tablets that you had ordered.

Tracking availability was non existent. No window of delivery was given. One day's notice was given when I HAD to be in to receive the item. This was impossible and I had to go to great lengths to arrange a signatory. Very poor comms and inadequate notice

The Click and Collect facility really worked for me and I would highly recommend the process

I bought a second hand electric car and traded in my diesel Sportage. Everything was done online and good IT systems, supported by outstanding Customer support and service made it go smoothly. The Click and Collect facility really worked for me and I would highly recommend the process
