I complained about the short lifespan…

I complained about the short lifespan of the medication for which I paid a lot of money. It was inappropriate for my age and the response acknowledged the rationale but was defensive rather than accepting

Hello John,
Thank you for the taking the time to review our service and I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the medication that you received.
With the medication that we receive from our suppliers, we will only accept these with an expiry date of 6 months+ and if we do ever have an order with an expiry date shorter than 3 months, we will always get in touch with the patient to check if they are happy with this.
We fully understand that everyone may use treatments at different frequencies. The expiry date on your order was in 6 months from when this was dispatched from our pharmacy so our pharmacist deemed this to be appropriate with the number of tablets that you had ordered.
