Current Warning to Complete Savings…

Current Warning to Complete Savings customers, that purchases made by Ebay are not being tracked by the site and have not been since around the second week of August. Therefore, you will not receive cashback unless you manually claim to them but they have not been upfront about this and many customers will no doubt, either not have time to do this, forget or not even notice. So what happens to that unpaid cashback if this happens? It is unethical and non transparent of Complete Savings not to advise its members of this technical issue on their website and then unreasonable of them to put the onus, responsibility and liability on its member to manually claim this untracked cashback retrospectively. Especially if you are someone like me who has made 30+ purchased on Ebay in this time and someone who regularly buys via Ebay. I hope members are advised so they can make an informed decision in whether choosing to purchase vat Ebay via Complete Savings as this is the second time recently that purchases are not tracking automatically allegedly due to a technical issue. Who stands to gain and lose via this situation? Complete Savings stands to gain due to not paying out member cashback and the member loses as they will lose cashback and then time, effort and inconvenience having to claim this cashback manually. This is notice as to what is going on which is borderline financial fraud and that I will be contacting those who own Complete Savings to make them aware of this malpractice and unethical behaviour.Also, a payment due in 30 days on the 23rd July has now bee put into a further cycle for payment in a further 30 days so potentially 60 days so their claims that cashback payments are made within 30 days is false, inaccurate and misleading. please be aware anyone intending to sign up of these issues

Being a regular purchaser of Ebay and…

Being a regular purchaser of Ebay and Argos products Complete Savings were great for the first 6-9 months of membership but the past 3 months they have been awful. Many transactions for cashback are tracking incorrectly and not at all, and payments have become very slow when in the beginning they were prompt. My best advice for anyone considering using this service, they do not seem to appreciate or respect loyalty, and would most likely treat you much better with good customer service if you sign up for the occasional month, then cancel. Maybe that is what they are used to, customers that sign up and pay a few monthly payments then cancel, so they want these customers back and look after them better? I have been a customer for about a year now and feel I have no option to cancel shortly as a host of Ebay purchases I made and were confirmed on my account, have now suddenly disappeared? I think they are the type of company who move the goal posts and effectively 'try it on' and dupe customers by removing their cashback after the customer has made a certain amount or level of cashback, so they less likely to complain. A bit like taking an extra percentage back from the customer at any opportunity. DISAPPOINTING OVERALL.

We will be investigating the status of your cashback claims and as soon as the investigation is completed, we will send you an email with full details.

In the meantime, keep in mind that cashback is paid within four weeks of making a qualifying purchase, however, this period may be longer depending on the retailer's validation processes. Due to these restrictions from our retail partners we can’t make this process any faster. Also, exchanges can result in cashback being reversed. When an exchange occurs, the retailer cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the cashback commission we received from the retailer is reversed and a new commission is not established because the new order was not made through the Complete Savings website. To avoid missing out on cashback, make sure all returns are final. If you need an exchange, have the retailer refund you, then make another order through the Complete Savings website.

Same opinion as most on here

Same opinion as most on here. No pack received in post, no contact despite emails and phone calls made. AWFUL so I will be going elsewhere for my PPI Check now. BEWARE AS THEY GET YOU TO SIGN UP AND MOST LIKELY TRY AND CHARGE YOU WHEN THEY EITHER DONE NOTHING OR YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO PPI. I CAN SEE THIS AS SOME SORT OF ELABORATE SCAM FOR THOSE NOT DUE PPI. I THINK THEY CHARGE YOU £60 IF YOU PULL OUT? SCAMSTERS!

Terrible

Terrible. Re-registered claim under alternative address due to pack not being received. Same issues once again and emailed them...NO RESPONSE. Rang in several times and hold for an age, then cut off without speaking to anyone! I think this may be a SCAM most likely fronted by banks, to deliberately prolong claims and keep you waiting past upcoming deadline, 29th August. They want to keep you in limbo forever waiting a day and cannot even speak with anyone by email or phone. WOEFUL! You wont be charging me when I go elsewhere either as you provided me with '0' SERVICE.

Please do not expect to get promotional bonuses credited to your account as these Sharks will plead ignorance and make you go around the houses, then will still have an excuse not to honour said promotion, especially the Bet Protector one! Never trust a bookie who has terms and conditions they constantly breach, which is the majority of them, as they so onerous but they will always try and put it on the little man or woman in the street, shafting the little man! Sharks who only want to offer UK customers Casino bonuses and not Sportsbook offers, other than the key difference being far harder to win at Casino, etc. Plus the charlatans won't let you pre-verify prior to making a deposit, as they want control over your money in case you win, so they can refuse or delay a payment! Sham company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE LIKE THAT SHOWER OF S**T..MANSION BET...who do not let you deposit by bank card so you cannot avail the opening offer. Another slimey bookmaker! Scam Alert! Generally ok betting with them but they not very efficient paying any free bets or bonuses out so regarding promotions, I would avoid. Chat staff not very friendly or professional so they do not come across very customer focused. Average at best. OK for a back up sports book but other than that there are much better sports book who honor promotions in a timely manner with more courteous staff.

Signed up and could not even deposit…

Signed up and could not even deposit via debit or credit card. Despite trying 2 debit cards and a credit card Mansion Bet said there was no problem their end and it was an issue with them and to contact each bank. However, how can it be a problem with all three? Did not follow logic so I contacted all 3 and no problems there end. Therefore, complete waste of my time and I ended up having to close the account, as pointless having an account you unable to deposit into so AVOID like THE PLAGUE! Unless you want your time wasted. :(

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY when purchasing anything to do with Internet Service Providers etc. They will send you an exclusive deal by email which tracks and confirms. Then, it will be unexpectedly declined, completely out of the blue. Several months later so you cannot cancel your contract with the internet service provider. You are locked in by contract so the ULTIMATE SCAM with TALK TALK. advise to steer well clear with anything to do with buying a service from them. getting onto trading standards due to this.

Purchases will be declined if we are not eligible for the commission such as if another cookie was on your device at the time of purchase. We will always do our best to challenge decision as we do want you to earn the cashback you are expecting. However, I would always advise to only make a purchase if it's something you want and not due to the cashback. This way you can be sure you will never lose out.
