I move to Cyprus and request to close the account, I don't have access to the account and 1000 was removed from my account. And they refuse to give me funds back

Absolute RUBISH site!!!! No lose your time to this a compleyely 💩💩💩💩💩💩.... It's the same FAKE and 🤮🤮🤮🤮....casino euro and betsafe... HIGH RIZK and very LOW RTP%....

I was awarded free spins and won 80 Euro from these.
Support said max pay out for no deposit bonuses is 50 Eur or equivalent, so I wanted to withdraw that.
This is when the horror started "UK players not allowed"(but they let me sign up?) , then the insane claim of me having a duplicate account(never, ever been on the website before).

Two months ago, I applied for Paid advertising specialist in their Malta offices.

I've passed 3 video interviews, and I've been invited to personal presentation.

After that, they didn't gave me a job, which is absolutely alright! I DON'T have an issue with that!

But I have an issue with the fact that they didn't give me detailed, or at least specific explanation why they disagree with my advertising methods.

After waisting 3 hours on video interviews, 1 hours on presentation, and 3 full working days on preparing presentation, they didn't even find it worth it to provide me with proper feedback where I will learn something.

COMPLETE SCAM
they don't let me withdraw my 2500€ due endless kyc process. I provide them my documents then they reply they did not get them, and it's been already multiple times!! This is complete dirty scam, do not play there because you it is impossible to finish verification there.

Deposited 20 usd to try it out but unable to place a single sports bet and horse bet, only able to play jackpot and poker which is rigged to win. Once your money is in...impossible to get back. First time came across a site with no payment options....only depositing options, it already tell you something is off.

Update change vpn settings to connect to sweden and it can place bets no more error messages.Yet to withdrawal still testing out this site.

- Horrible experience!
- Items unpriced and disorganised!
- Asked to figure out problems myself! (eg. looking for sizes/ prices and finding items)
- Some staff ignored customers to stay on their PERSONAL phones and chit chat with eachother!
- Sent back and forth from 1 cashier to another having to stay in line 3 times!!!!
- Manager was very rude and sarcastic!
- Had to wait for help for over 15min in a number of areas!

Story:

Some items did not have prices and some items where not organised on shelves/hangers (the shop had just opened, so it wasn’t other people, and this had been the case in my recent shopping trips).

Most of the staff was chatting in groups, using personal phones (ignoring customers asking for help), unwilling to help and I was even asked to figure things by myself!

Severely mistreated and ignored for over 2hrs. I was asked to do a self-check out, I agreed but I told the sales person that I needed help as I find it a bit hard. I started but after the first difficulty, I turned round to find no one who could help me.

Then, I was sent back and forth from cashier to cashier (only 2 open) who made me wait in line and closed when it was my turn for 3 times!!
Customer service desk salesperson barely spoke basic English and “Sorry, I no understand” was her default answer to most customers’ needs.
I stormed out leaving everything behind and called the manager on duty who was arrogant and sarcastic. She did not take action, sided with employees (that I should figure out things myself) and was fine with staff ignoring customers and using personal phones frequently.
She was sarcastically asking what I wanted her to do and if by filing a complaint I was expecting a free gift card!
Also, she boldly told me not to be disrespectful if people don’t speak BASIC English and did not even acknowledge that what happened was wrong!

I have been subject to a highly unjust measure taken by betsson and therefore sincerely seek your support. On the 9th of April 2024 my account has been closed without any reasoning stated by their costumer service. Furthermore, the funds I have entrusted the company with have been confiscated and I have been left without any explanation or refunding. Upon researching how to deal with these kind of situations, I decided to contact Pardee Consulta, the licence holding company of the casino in question, and asked them to investigate my case. However, on the 26th of April I have received an unsatisfactory response in which I have been accused of practicing "synidacte value hunting" on the basis of suspicion concerning my IP address. As I have clearly been unjustly accused of this action, I have asked them to provide evidence supporting their suspicion, which has been left unanswered to this date.

I started playing at the Betsson casino not long ago, transitioning from other platforms, and until the moment of withdrawing funds, I often encountered minor glitches in the site's operation, but I tried to overlook them. However, when it came to withdrawing my winnings, ignoring the elephant in the room became completely impossible!

Having experience playing at other casinos, I know how important it is to responsibly approach the verification of your data – I did this in the case of playing at Betsson, successfully and fully verifying my personal information. However, as soon as it was time to claim my winnings, an unpleasant surprise awaited me from the casino administration: it turns out that successful verification at Betsson does not guarantee you receiving your own winnings! On the contrary, the dubious characters from the casino administration stated that in order to withdraw the money, I first need to undergo verification at CasinoEuro!

There is no doubt that this whole story was invented solely to keep the money on the casino balance for as long as possible or to prevent it from leaving altogether. After all, who knows what the next "mandatory step" for verifying my verification (!!!) these charlatans will take? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has encountered such a problem, so I urge you to share your gaming experience at this casino.

As for me, I'm not going to give up and throw in the towel, and ultimately the Betsson administration will either have to return my money or admit to fraud and deception of their players.

Could be improved to have better UI, the UI sucks even though these kinds of companies use hundreds of millions of dollars in development i do not know why their UI and graphics looks super outdated.

So I made the mistake of betting on a eurovision song contest... I made the mistake of joining by betsson with some welcome bonus. So for this bonus you need to basically play all your winnings x100 or something like it. I've lost it all and I'm extremely pissed off that I fell for this scam. Eurovision contest is in May and they want me to use up my bonus this month, I've been betting on sports like crazy to try and wager this stupid bonus and it's just not happening. This is a scam and please dear people don't fall into this grave if you're like me only wanting to bet on one competition like me. Shame on this company!

Month later - I've spent more than I ever wanted to and was able to wager the bonus. Now I have a crappy 15 dollars (when I should have 80 in winnings.. And I can't even withdraw it WHAT?!)

I am long time customer of betsson and also VIP in their sister casino betsafe, betsson and all the brands are good working but they will rip off all the big players like me. I had thousands of euros worth of bet at sportsbook and they were providing me with fake information about the bet, but support said its not their responsibilitie. Also this site offers very poor bonus for big players, only so small free bet if you wager on football, basketball and ice hockey sometimes or 5€ freebet per week for VIP players for as long as you lose a lot.

I deposited and made 3 bets in online roulette, the next day these scammers said that they used incomprehensible programs and threw me a list of also unknown points of the rules.
.do not advise anyone not to deal with them!

As part of the Betsson Group, I believed and trusted in this company named Betsafe

I created my account, deposited, played and done a few profits (160,05)

However, the site has not paid for my withdrawal so far

So, it is a scam site: it exists only to receive registrations and deposits, and does not pay the player who wins something

I would like to get my money back to my account (160,05) to continue playing

Until then, my thoughts are negative about this company

Scam company...Stole years of affiliates work for no reason and lied about it. Avoid at all costs

They have greatsounding welcome bonuses and campaigns but they are quite quick to restrict you from these campaigns. It's a shame, I really respected that company earlier.
