I have ordered 2 creams, first of all I had to deliver to Italy the creams cause they don't ship to Hungary, and after 15 days (they say delivery in Europe in 4/5 days) they sent me 2 creams (100 euro stuff) with expiration date in 15 days.

Horrible. I ordered Keto Charge after reviewing the ingredients and received A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT WITH THE SAME LABEL. I sent them pictures and compared it to what's on their website and I got a response after TWO WEEKS, "it's a new formula and we haven't updated the website yet. Sorry for the inconvenience."

I extremely disappointed ☹️. I feel I have been robbed off £109. Placed an order almost a week ago, no update since order confirmation. Have send several emails seeking an update on my order with zero response!! Reading the reviews now make me sick to my stomach!! How is this company still being allowed to operate!! Big SCAM

I kept reading 1 star reviews about their terrible customer service.
But I just had the complete opposite, one of their products I ordered was out of stock for a while (thanks to covid). So I emailed them just seeing how long it would take for it to come in.
Without any delay I had a responsive team member emailing me back finding solutions and willing to add extra product to make up for the inconvenience. I can't say anything bad about their service.

I ordered on the basis of money back guarantee, then they said they need the bottle back which is not mentioned at all, luckily I managed to find another bottle ,so another return postage, sent with the required paperwork, still not received my refund although has been month since return

Products continuously advertised as available and in stock yet whilst being sold out for now nearly a month since my initial purchase. Delivery & Full stock date continues to be pushed away week after week whilst blatantly ignoring the raised issue of a false advertising and customer misinformation.
This has now became a repeat issue with this company. Deeply disappointed.

They're not even worth 1 star. I placed my order and payment came out of my account. I email to get an update on when I should expect delivery to be told that there is not such order been placed with my order number. I constantly chased them. They asked to send an email with the order confirmation and proof of purchase. I finally got hold of someone to give me an update. They said there was a stock issue so that's the why they couldn't give me an answer. I waited over 2 weeks for my order. I was so disappointed when it arrived. They mainly gave me savoury snacks. On the photo you can see there is a mixture of sweet and savoury snacks. I mainly got pork rind crisp and beef jerky. I'm new to keto and was looking forward to having a sweet treat that is keto friendly and a variety of snacks as shown on the photo. I contacted them through the chat. The people are actually so rude. I explained why I was disappointed for them to then say that the picture changes ever 15 days and I was confused assuming that I will get sweet and savoury keto snacks. I told the lady I'm not confused and I know what I saw. I also told her the photo has been exactly the same since I placed the order for her to still say that shes sorry that I'm confused! Worst customer service, I would never recomend the keto box or any products to anyone. You can find better keto boxes online. The products were not worth the price. I would highly not recommend.

took almost a month to receive the “keto box”. When I received it there was two out of 12 items suitable for the keto diet. They’re insisting items laden with several types of sugar, rice flour, sunflower oil etc are keto-compatible and are being difficult about refunding for the box unless I pay return shipping that they refuse to reimburse despite the product being not fit for purpose and misdescribed. Won’t be buying from them again!!

I placed an order on 05/06/2020 and it was not delivered

Order number 294427. Website advertised 40% off and buy three get three free. Wouldn't allow me to do this at checkout and, sure enough, only three were delivered. Have contacted customer services and receive nonsense responses from Raquel, who is simply choosing to ignore my request for them to honour the offer. I have used them before a number of times and despite some of the reviews I have always found deliveries to be prompt and have had no problem with orders. I won't however be using them again due to this recent issue.

I ordered some liquid collagen using my normal office address. I order online very often and receive parcels no problems. But Bauer Nutrition never managed to deliver it. Their logistics are pathetic. Hope to get a refund now. Please avoid the aggravation and don't buy from them/

The product didn't work for me despite following Bauer's food and workout plans, I was told I had to take Proactal X's for a minimum of 60 days before a refund could be issued. So I took it for the required 60 days as stated in an email from Bauer, I again contacted them regarding the fact that the product didn't work for me. I was then told I was now past the 60 day mark and NO REFUND could be issued....Bauer nutrition is lying underhanded company...

I ordered the You Tonics Skin Collagen Drink.

The product gave me heart burn after 5 days and it also tastes like night nurse! Yuk

When I tried to get a refund, the company has made it very difficult. Still waiting for my refund.

I put up a review with the same comments as above and it is awaiting approval. No doubt it wont get approved as they don't want honest negative reviews on their website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 6x150g bottles of NUYU. They arrived today. Unbelievably they shipped the glass bottles, unwrapped, unprotected in a thin satchel with only very thin bubble wrap protection. Of course two of the bottles smashed and powder and glass went everywhere. Upon inspection there were only 5 bottles, not six, and the three remaining unsmashed bottles had loose lids that were almost off. Then I discovered that the bottles don't even have a seal over them, so I cannot guarantee that smashed glass didn't get into them. So, the whole order is ruined.

I've sent them all the pictures, including stickers from the postage company in Australia stating that they received the parcel in that condition. I expect a full refund.

I ordered buy 3 and get 3 free hair loss spray and I even went online chat to make sure I could get the extra 3 spray pumps and was assured it will be added to the order, I received missing 3 spray pumps and was told it was the policy not to send an extra 3 spray pumps, even though I made sure before I order them that I would receive them. Now I have to return them and expect me to pay extra for the postage when they clearly misled me, I don't care what others have said about the products, the company cannot be trusted and the advert is totally misleading. My recommendation is, DON'T ever buy from them

I placed an order on the Bauer Nutrition website, then looked at reviews of the company on Trust pilot.
After not seeing one good review I thought it is only fair I shared my uneventful experience.

Placed an order late on Monday 06th February, received my full order today Thursday 09th February.
All intact, nicely packaged, can’t fault the company will be using again.

Ordered goods 5th Jan 2017,still no despatch. No reply to emails sent & feel fobbed off with my telephone conversation -told my order would be despatched in the next hour & then receive a confirmation email. NO THEY DIDN'T & NO THEY HAVEN'T. My order number is 65155 if Bauer nutrition want to explain.
Just to update, Bauer did eventually answer my emails but too slow for me. I also did receive my items but after what I considered to be a long wait especially when items were in stock when ordered. I did receive my goods so I will upgrade them to 2 star, obviously this is still not good and there needs to be a big improvement. A frustrating experience.

Placed another order because I really liked the product and this time I received my goods speedily and without any problems so It is only fair to upgrade them again. I Think 3 & 1/2 would be right so they are going in the right direction.
