AVOID at all costs! Don't fall for their (false) advertising. They will use your signature on documents you never read. I have logged a complaint with the FOS as have many others.

Who signed the contract.. it wasnt me

I Believe this company is trying to scam me and has fraudulently signed a contract on my behalf.
I remember looking at something online about ppi but decided not to go ahead. I remember being sent paperwork to sign which i never signed, I decided i did not want to get involved, Plus had also contacted my bank previously and been told i was not owed any money . I remember receiving more correspondence saying i had not signed my paperwork which i still didnt sign.
Now they have sent me a contract with a signature that is not mine and said my bank confirmed the signature. I believe someone has fraudulently signed a contract on my behalf and now they want payment for something i didnt authorise.

I have been advised that I cannot claim anyway, and I have not had any communication from my bank regarding this bogus payment Allay are saying I have received. Steer clear i will be reporting them now!

They are continuing to harass me with calls, emails and texts they are threatening me with taking it further.

Consumer Contract Information cancellation and additional charges Regulations 2013

Consumer Contract Information cancellation and additional charges Regulations 2013. This failure
is a real issue for the Allay Group.

Also the issue has been written about in Legal Beagles one of their members tested a case lacking a signature before a District Judge.

The company is regulated by the FCA and complaints can be addressed to both the Company and their regulator.

Lets all stick together

Hello everybody that has wrote a review. Obviously it would seem the majority are dissatisfied with the way Allay have handled our claims. Why do we not all stick together. Individually we are weak. United we are strong

Please, don't touch this Firm with a barge-pole!

About a year ago from one of their AD, I had the bad idea or to be more precise, (Misfortune), to contact Allay Claims and asked them to investigate a claim on my behalf against Lloyds Bank. The only positive comment that I would like to make on their behalf is as follow: If, they would be only half as good at their Job, as they are at harassing their Customers for payment, (when no result has been achieved!), with telephone-calls, text messages and E-mails...... then, they would be absolutely brilliant!

I am delighted that my case has now been closed!

Allay claims has won 2 cases for me which i am grateful. One of the claims has paid me and i paid allay the second has not paid at all and now i am being bombarded by allay claims for paymen, i have told them that as soon as the money is in my account they will be paid. Now i have threatening texts saying they will take legal action. I have all texts emails and calls and i will take action for harassment. Will never ever deal with this company again. All i can say is they must be really desperate.

Daylight robbery

I agreed to let Allay take care of my claim...they done absolutely nothing after the initial contact with my bank..I filled lots of forms in, contacted past employees and also traced old records..in fact I done everything..I won my case..and received a small refund..within hours Allay sent me 2 texts, 3 e mail's and 2 phone calls demanding their fee,,, (still don't know exactly what they did)...My wife insisted I pay them...even though they did nothing ...
Never heard a thing from them for a year, and then 7 times in one day ,,,chasing the fee..

Their Payment is too high

They did do the job and I received 2 claims but one thing I think is wrong is their cut at the end, they take 27% off your claim after tax which I believe is way too high this is higher than the tax. they must be raking it in.

SCAMMERS see you in court!!!

Like everyone else I didn’t sign the paperwork they sent to me over 6 years ago, I contacted them stating I did NOT want to proceed they called me 3 times in 3 years and each time I said no.
I then did my own PPI contacting them myself and a year later got a cheque from HSBC then 2 days later a letter demanding payment of £297 as per the “agreement”, there was no agreement.
Today I received a High court enforcement letter but I’m willing to fight in court as I have whiteness to my phone contacts and I am 10000% sure I did not sign the agreement matter of fact I ripped it all up and burnt it.
See you in court Allay

I am only putting 1 star because I…

I am only putting 1 star because I can't put less, this scam of a company claims that I signed an electronic signature approving them to go ahead on my behalf, however they still proceeded to send me documentation for me to wet sign, they are just fraudsters and pester you day in day out, lets see who wins, I know I didn't sign anything and if they can provide me with a wet signature which is required by FCA under section 2.1.11 G (2) of the FCA claims management policy statement, then I will act within the law. But I am not being duped.

Fradulent signature

They contacted my father stating that he had made a claim through them on the 10th june last year, even sent us the letter of authorization which he supposedly signed, dated the 10th june.Problem is My father died on the 9th June, so he couldnt of made any claim! Have contacted them on numerous occasions, stating that we are reporting them to the police for fraud and the relevant financial bodies, but they still keep harrassing us.. Needless to say we have contacted the bank involved in the ppi claim and evn they state they have had no contact from Allay, we will not be paying them a penny.Avoid these scammers at all costs!

How do they get away with it?

I was sent an unsolicited email inviting me to a FREE PPI check. I filled in a short form (name, address, DOB, previous names/addresses and banks), that was it.
I heard nothing from them for several months, then I received an email stating that one from my banks listed has no record of PPI being payed. As I recall, the next communication I received was from Barclaycard who questioned my address. After a few months I received another letter from Barclaycard apologising that I had payed PPI and enclosed a cheque.
All this was done by Allay Claims WITHOUT my permission. When I complained about their glutenous fee for the 10 minutes or so they spent on the telephone and a couple of emails and the fact that there was NO CONTRACT between myself and Allay Claims, they forwarded me a fraudulent document entitled "Letter of Authority" with a poor image of an old signature of mine that they somehow got hold of. The date below was a computer script font and the document stated SIGN & RETURN in the pre-payed envelope. Yet they claim I signed it digitally.
By law they must notify a client of their fee and also that you can pursue a claim without the need of Allay Claims. Again, no such notification was received by myself, just like dozens of other people claim happened to them. I should also state that this is the SECOND TIME I HAVE SUBMITTED A REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY; THE FIRST REVIEW WRITTEN A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO MYTERIOUSLY DISSAPEARED. I also get bombarded with texts and voicemails on a daily basis. But why are they so cock sure of themselves?
I'll explain a feasible and only viable solution:
The scam is quite simple, really. All the fraudulent letters they claim they sent you relating to their fee and acknowledgement that you can claim without them are fraudulently produced on their computer and then using FILE DATE ALTERING SOFTWARE, (available free online)they change the dates on these documents to reflect an earlier date, perhaps a few weeks prior to a clients so-called authorisation.
If the client refuses to pay, they are taken to court and produce the tampered documents to convince the judge or registrar that everything was above board and they end up winning. That is why they are so cocksure of themselves. THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE BROUGHT DOWN AND PROSECUTED. STEER CLEAR UNTIL THEY ARE!

Harrasment. I dealt with them 2 years ago but since then I am constanly having text messages from them. And now charging me for a claim that I had no Idea they made as I was directly dealing with the bank not them

This company is constantly emailing and now telling me to phone them. They say I have a claim with Barclays, yet I have never had PPI with Barclays. I have reported this to FCA. And asked Allay to cancel claim (which I never wanted). I have sent letters and this week an email, but still no replies. There are complaints everywhere on the internet, yet they continue.
