I ordered Savanna artificial grass online on 25th September having seen a sample in their local warehouse. My timing was perfect as there was a 20% discount available. I received an email on 6th October advising that it would be delivered the following day within a 3 hour window. The delivery driver telephoned to say he was on his way and arrived twenty minutes later, well within the advised window.
The next day it was down and nailed around the perimeter and I'm very pleased with how it looks.

I knew what I was looking for so decided to give them a visit to check out their golden gravel and limestone grit. Their prices were very competitive but I didn't want to sacrifice quality.
There was no need to worry. Everything was spot on and I subsequently ordered online.
Delivery was next day and I was surprised how full their bulk bags were.
With the job done I had a full bag of the grit left so I gave them a ring and they were happy to collect it for me which was much appreciated as it avoided the need for me to dispose of it.

The company do their utmost to accommodate all your requirements and the actual carers are very friendly and pleasant people who do their very best to provide the care needed. More often than not they call within the time window scheduled. Considering some clients may need additional attention during some visits I think they do extremely well with their punctuality.
The app is a nice touch too.

Rollo Sheridan was very friendly and tried his best to answer my query. He fully understood my issue and put me on hold so that he could speak to the department who should have been able to provide the answers.
They couldn't and would need up to 10 days to get back to me. It seems a little odd that they didn't understand how much money I could withdraw tax free. There was also an issue on the minimum amount I could withdraw due to the bond only having 2 clusters.
This is a marked contrast to two other companies I was dealing with at the same time who have already sent me the money.

I was looking for white glazed internal doors and Buildworld had a number of options and I saw what I was looking for at a good price.
Ordering on their website was simple
They kept me updated with the order and their nominated carrier advised me the approximate delivery time the day before and on the morning of the delivery.
Very pleased with the doors. They are of good quality and surprisingly heavy. Hang with three hinges!

I chose Setfords through a family contact knowing that they employed a local consultant solicitor which I thought would be convenient for dropping off documents.
The two people I had dealings with selling my late mother's house were friendly and kept me up to date with progress. There were minor delays but this was essentially due to the purchaser's solicitor.
The experience was positive and I would recommend the company. The only minor comments I would make are:-
1) I was sent an invitation from their head office (although I didn't know this at the time) to download their App which I thought would be the main contact portal. This was used only for uploading my identity documents and never used again. The consultant knew nothing about this and advised that communication would normally be by email which worked perfectly well.
2) On two occasions I had to send correspondence by post to head office. This necessitated me going to the post office and paying for tracked and signed delivery. Although I dropped other documents off directly to the local consultant this was not permitted on these two occasions.
3) I had to print off all the documents (at least 100 pages) most of which were standard text, for the sake of only a few pages with my input/signature. I thought I would only have to scan and return electronically the latter but was advised that all pages of each document had to be returned as one complete electronic document. Hence the reason I had to print off all the pages first.
Maybe these issues can be addressed by the company which would remove the minor inconvenience of dealing with a satellite office.

The Warrington shop is spacious and has a huge range of flooring.
I was after vinyl with a felt backing as I've bought before and particularly like the 4mm thickness.
The shop has plenty of samples to choose from and the staff leave you in peace once they have checked you are ok.
I ordered a 1.5m length on a 3m width roll.
Less than a week later I received an email to say it was in the showroom. I asked if they could roll it the other way as it comes off the roll as a 3m width. The shop organised this and it was perfectly rolled up in protective plastic at a convenient 1.5m width to get into the car.
Great shop and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

I bought an ArmourCast Bloque bath, reinforced side panel, pop up waste, trap, and a Sonia toilet roll holder and matching robe hook. Great quality and so pleased with all items.
Simple ordering process on line and the items were dispatched the following day. Delivery was scheduled over a four day window and I got a phonecall from carrier to arrange a suitable date. Items were pallet delivered and very well protected.

Used for gluing PVC tiles in bathroom. It is a good solvent free product bought from Sealant Wholesale who have an easy to use web site and a vast choice of products at very competitive prices.
The order was dispatched the next day in very secure packaging.
The only problem I experienced was with the courier who said delivery would be Monday then it was changed to Tuesday, then Wednesday. It finally arrived on Thursday.
I would certainly recommend Sealant Wholesale though.

Excellent service all round. The laminate flooring was at a very competitive price. I had a call from the company to check that I didn't require any accessories before they processed my order. When my order failed to arrive on the date agreed, I contacted the company and they were very helpful and after checking up phoned me straight back with a confirmed time for the delivery. This little hiccup had nothing to do with Flooring Supplies but with the courier. I would definitely recommend this company.
