The tracking was available on the day of delivery giving time slot and delivery number. It was delivered in the time slot by a friendly, happy driver.
The only think was that they had the package on Friday morning but delivery wasn't until Monday so not overnight.

The joint care tablets work for my 13 yr old lab.
The only downside is that I have had to cut down to 1 per day purely on a cost basis.

Wide choice of types and materials. I chose Oak and it is very well made and looks a cut above most. Choice of heights and mine is just right, lots of handle shapes and materials, mine is a Derby cane which I find comfy in my hand. Price is fair for the quality.

The grill element failed on our Bosch oven. I rang and quickly had an engineer appointment. He came on time with the parts on his van and had it swapped over in 30 minutes. This is our fifth Bosch appliance and the first problem, fixed so quickly not fair to call it a problem. Thanks and I will recommend them to anyone.

They always try to be accommodating with regards to appointments and general help. The vets are friendly to me, my dogs and explain things clearly. I have not had any problems.

Fairly easy to navigate the web site to find an arch that both my wife and I liked. The price was the best I could find. The only problem I had was trying to find the discount code box but once I had found it the ordering and payment was easy. I was kept well informed about the progress of the order up to that it will be delivered by Forest. I have not heard anything more, that is not Buy Sheds Direct fault.

Polite friendly driver but package was delivered a day later than expected. The box was crushed, split down one side and open.

Good price, quick processing of the order and notification emails. The usual friendly staff. The order was not where is should have been but no problem he simply gave me two others and would sort it out after I had gone.

The cling film cutter and silicone lids arrived as stated and on time. The packaging was a little excessive but was packed with recycled cardboard. The clingfilm cutter advert is not clear if it is just the box or if the clingfilm is included. The fact that a large roll of clingfilm is included means that the price is good.

Good communication about the delivery, delivery was bang on the time sent.

I contacted various comparison sites for my car insurance. Compare the Market were the quickest to send results and the best prices by far.

The cordless power washer was a good price and arrived quickly. It's power is not as high as my corded one but this is a great tool to work with a rainwater butt either for watering plants or to give your car windows a quick clean. The only down side is that the filter tend to rise to the surface, I'll find something to weigh it down.

After lots of phone calls and being told "I'll pass you to......" and getting nowhere. I finally was lucky to get one woman in Customer Services who took on my complaint and problems then saw it through to the end (how it should be). I was at the point of telling them to take out my EV charger and refund my money, she saved us all a lot of hassle and should be recognised for her work, thank you.
