There is a large selection of companies and products so there will be something of use. I used Halfords discount plus I could use my Ode card to obtain a little more. Thanks every little bit helps.

As from day one customer service is one of the best I have come across, thank you.
They always try to sort out any problems quickly and fairly.

The Discounts for Carers web site saved me a good amount of money when my washing machine broke. No hassle just a discount, thanks every penny counts these days. The Ode card also saves me small amounts every day but it adds up.

The vax Edge is well made with good quality plastics and picks up well. It is heavier on the wrist than expected but the most infuriating problem is the location of the on/off button. You keep turning the machine off whilst vacuuming in error. After having used it for more than a week I would not have bought if had I been able to try it first.

Fair price for the shower gel but delivery too expensive and slow, 8 days and still no delivery date.

I had a 2 hr time slot then the driver rang to say that he was less than 30 minutes away. Some of the friendliest and helpful delivery drivers I have dealt with, a credit to the company.

Price of the shower gel is good but the delivery costs are too high.

Overall very pleased with my experience. The thing that annoyed me was your email offering "real time tracking" which is not the case. Had that not been offered I would have been happy with the 4 hour time slot.

This was an extra sim for my wife's phone. We are low users so this is ideal for us. Thank you

Just started using the web site so I am slowly getting used to it.

Easy to order, easy to pay and plenty of parking in front of the store at Blackpool. The staff there are friendly and polite. All that and good prices.
Unfortunately the Blackpool store has closed the click and collect till so be prepared to wait behind people who are ordering at the till.

Terrible service. Had an email to say they would deliver on Monday, however, at 07:45 on Saturday had an email to say they would be delivering between 08:05 and 09:05. At 08:22 another email to say "sorry we missed you". We were in and nobody rang the door bell or knocked on the door, my dogs bark at the door bell also but nothing. I doubt that they even tried. Do not use them it will infuriate your customers.

I ordered a switch which was slow arriving so mentioned it in a review. To my suprise I recieved an email saying another one had been sent by courtier, people obviously monitor the reviews, which was fortunate as the first one never arrived. Thank you

This is the second switch that has failed. The new switch has not even arrived yet, very poor service. Customer service is what has kept me a Gtech customer but not now.

Just received the postiplugs of trailing osteospurmum, a bit dry and wilting but planted then straight away and hope they will recover. Time will tell if it is better to spend a bit more and buy larger plants.

As always customer service is second to none. If only all companies worked like this.

I have been a Gtech owner from the early days and still think they are hard to beat for the same price range.
Customer service is the best I have come across.
And Item was sent to me in error so I rang them and they arranged for carrier collection the next morning.

The fire suite was delivered on time by a carrier who gave a 1 hour time slot so there was no waiting in. The fire is basically ready to go, just place the pebbles. The fire looks good and works well as a top up to our central heating. As others have mentioned a white wire would be better.

I had good service from booking my eye test through to choosing my glasses. Would have given 5 stars if someone had dealt with my hearing enquiry.

The Blackpool store has a great team, all helpful, happy and polite. They also have click and collect very well organised - fast and efficient.
