I was quite confused when the mattress arrived and the delivery man said he wasn't taking my old mattress away, I said but I've paid for it and he replied no someone else will be collecting it! He was very pleasant about it though but it just left me wondering when they would be coming as I didn't know how I would get the old mattress off the bed and the new back on. I collection did come about an hour and a half later that morning and yes they took it away. My big problem was, being 68yrs old 5 foot and female! I had a very difficult job of getting the new mattress not only on the bed but getting it unpacked and then finding it was the wrong way round I then had to struggle turning it in stages to get it the right way round! The mattress itself is turning out to be just what I needed but it would have helped it someone could have given me a hand.

Well have to say thanks to Kirsty for actually getting through to me this morning and letting me know my replacement pen has gone missing but she has promised to get the new replacement to me tomorrow - 23rd June fingers crossed, just have to hope XDP couriers don't lose this one! Thanks again Kirsty you've given me hope.

Only thing I was not too pleased about was I kept looking to see when the parcel would be delivered and on the day of delivery I didn't go on line as I had to go somewhere early but I did leave a note with my signature on just in case I wasn't there (though I didn't know what time it would be delivered) I'm pleased to say the driver put the parcel where I asked and took the note off the front door, I must have missed him by 5 mins as when I looked on line later it gave a delivery time between 11am and I think it said 1pm I got home at 10 past 11. Thank you to the driver for realising it was being left in a safe area plus there were 2 Rottweilers in the house and most people don't come in the gate if they are not legitimate callers.

Your customer service is second to none, I always have an excellent experience when ordering and receiving my orders. They always come either early or on time, I haven't had a bad experience yet! Thank you and keep up the good customer service always.
