Well the delivery was excellent but I was upset that I was wasn't notified that you had changed the knife sharpener from the one advertised in the catalogue and it is still in every one I have received since, I liked the one in the catalogue because it seemed much sturdier than the one I actually received, it makes me nervous to use it in case I catch my fingers when holding the one I was sent.
I have just been in touch by phone with your customer service and now I am even more angry as the person I spoke with did not believe me when I said I had been sent the wrong item because the code numbers were different, the code (and it is the only code) in the catalogue is 2402 but the code on my invoice is 7513 it is £10 cheaper but is useless the one I ordered was £14.99 I am not happy about this or the way the operator dealt with it. In all the catalogues I have since received the order the only knife sharpener is the 2402 there isn't an alternative.

When we first left the EU and I tried to send a parcel to my sister in France it was horrendous trying to work out the codes but today I was trying to send a parcel again to my sister and you have made it much easier to work out the awful codes. Thank you

I found it mind bogling to get through…

I found it mind bogling to get through the customs codes, it is awful trying to find the codes you need for just ordinary items plus there is no where to allow me to put that an item cost nothing because it was used. I wont be sending anymore parcels to my sister and husband it is too difficult and we wont know if it will get there ok!!! Well today 12th October I received a reply from Emily at Parcel2go I followed her instructions to ask for a number to contact an agent but the robot couldn't understand!! So I'm still no better off and am still wondering if my parcel will get to my sister in France.

Delivery was excellent

Delivery was excellent, very swift. Unfortunately I am in my 70's and had to move it myself nobody's fault really I just didn't realise the size of it. Wish you could phone and get an answer to a question straight away, very frustrating not to be in when I eventually got a phone back, I cannot wait around all day.

I bought my printer because there was a…

I bought my printer because there was a £20 cash back but on applying for it I found HP required all my Bank details and I do not give any bank details on line, on contacting Argos the person I spoke to (well they were the second actually as the first just cut me off!!!) told me they couldn't do anything as it was nothing to do with them, having also written to HP in Bracknell they also couldn't do anything so why offer if you cannot give more than one option to claim the cash back?? We are not all 20 somethings with on-line banking coming out of our ears!! I am very upset about this.
