No tracking number for an expensive item. No correspondence of day of delivery. No notification of delivery. When delivered left outside of door in pouring rain and it's an electrical item.

I have never subscribed to or known…

I have never subscribed to or known this Company. My bank alerted me and blocked a payment for £39.99. I have received an email from this company saying I have unsubscribed when I have never contacted or known of them. My card is now blocked, thankfully. There is no telephone number for this company. I have sent them an email requesting one so my fraud department can contact them. We will see. Avoid

Avoid avoid avoid

We bought wall lights that were ordered on March 7th and arrived after a lot of emails on June 7th. The lights are broken, and there was only one when we ordered two. The packaging was awful for the lights that were glass. We have emailed with no response at all. The robot chat does not work, and there is no customer service number. Avoid at all costs.

Truly exceptional thank you.

I had bought a neon sign from you before so knew the quality of service and product was exceptional. This latest item was designed specifically for a dear friend for his 1st anniversary of TheSpace an event space dedicated to dance for the local community. There were over fifty friends there today to watch him open the package. The look on his face was priceless he was gobsmacked. The craftsmanship ease of design and ordering customer service are all just wonderful. Thank you from everyone at TheSpace.

I've made a complaint

I've made a complaint. When ordering t-shirts on your online invoice once ordered it does not specify the size ordered just women's size. I ordered multiples as so worried as the shirts were for a memorial event. No refund was offered I was informed id ordered a small when I new that was the case. No real apology. Quality was ok. Last free t-shirt offered never arrived until after the event so a pointless gesture. Bad customer service poor quality.

We brought an expensive divan and…

We brought an expensive divan and king-plus mattress set. After 6 months the topper attached to the mattress started to dip in the middle to the point it was 8 cm. I contacted HO and they sent a technician who did not measure it at the worst point. So of course Bensons said it was ok, We now have to go to the ombudsman.

Awesome

Totally awesome a must see. We did the cloud forest flower dome and skypark combo. Truly amazing the cloud forest is spectacular with the waterfall. Staff informative place is spotless. View from Skydeck is something else. Stick around till 8pm and watch Spectre the fountain show.

Jamie Bawn must be the most patient flight agent I know. After numerous combinations we are delighted by the multi trip flights booked with him. His knowledge of some of the places we are going to has also helped with planning our itinerery important when you are travelling round worldwide. I would recommend him highly. Thanks Jamie

We booked to go to Costa Rica in November travelling this Sunday March 20th. Ten days before we leave receive the itinerary all of which one hotel had been changed. We were also informed car rental insurance was not included. When finally speaking to someone we were told we had to book insurance directly with the rental supplier. We were also upset as the main hotel we were excited to stay in provided us with rain forest views the changed hotel does not. We asked to be changed and even offered to pay the difference. We contacted the car rental company who sent us an email saying the insurance is paid for full cover but to check with Secret Escapes. We have called Secret Escapes 13 times being told someone would call us back with the information requested. We have travelled with Secret Escapes twice before and had no problems but this is totally unacceptable. It is normally easy to call and upgrade a room with any travel provider but 4 days later nothing, if the room goes I loose an opportunity I dreamed of. Car insurance in Costa Rica is not easy hence our need to know what is included now. We are supposed to order our travel money today. I have never used this to get a response but we are desperate. I have no hesitation adding this over to my solicitor as from midday today.

The two dresses are beautifully designed. However, the material is too thin which means you cannot wear underwear without seeing it.

The tie dye dresses you purchased are designed to be worn in warm weather (so lightweight and airy) , the light colours you have picked have a bit of transparency to them as a consequence.
