Shambles

I'd love to know what the event was like, but the queues were so horrendous that we had to turn around after 2 hours of waiting.
I would like a refund.

Excellent from start to finish

The whole process was excellent from start to finish.
The Safestyle sales rep was very friendly and helpful and did his best to get the lowest price possible for me.
The surveyor was professional and thorough. The installation engineer was great, very friendly. He worked so hard as he was on his own, carrying an old metal sliding door frame.
I was so impressed I've signed up for additional work next year.
