Phoned MandM on Friday regarding a leaking radiator they sent out a engineer within the hour who diagnosed a crack in the bottom of the radiator resulting in a new radiator within 2 hours I had an estimate of cost gave the go ahead fitted and up and running by 12 o'clock tuesday great service

On time, communication was spot on with emails and phone call from driver an hour before drop off .

The item I ordered came on time as stated had to be sent back which wasn't a problem they sent a link to print a label I don't have a printer 1 email later a label was sent by post received 2 days later package sent refund in bank next day spot on service.

Good reliable local company the staff are polite tidy and good at their jobs

I've been trying for 2 weeks now to speak to someone in the technical support team numerous phone calls (been cut off) numerous emails and all I'm trying to do is upgrade my gps system from the free upgrade to the paid subscription.

The fitter arrived on time which is always a + he had a new hob to fit and a boiler to service got on with the job no fuss cleaned up as he went, the original hob was a bit smaller than the new one so the hole had to be enlarged no problem job done. I've used M&M over a number of years (they fitted my new boiler) and nothing s any problem I would recommend this company to anyone.
