USB Stick from Ebuyer.

Ordered a USB stick. Didn't have to wait too long, arrived slightly early. Product was tested for being genuine, which it was. Am happy with product and Ebuyer.

Awful experience, 1st & last time I use these cowboys..

Awful experience. First and last time I use this company. Booked a private taxi to Berlin centre from Airport. Gave the company my landing time and flight number. Arrived to find no one was there. Somebody was to supposed to have a card with my name on. Rang the company (Spanish number), just rang out. Wasn't given a driver number. Eventually somebody whattsapped me after 40 mins saying 'where are you?' I called him back, he would not answer 3 times, even put phone down on me. Very stressed just before you begin your holiday. 1 hour after landing, still nothing. All this to save 5 or 6 euros on a taxi. I could of got to the centre in 30 mins if I just paid a bit more, loads of taxis outside too. Eventually, somebody whattsapped me to say he will be there shortly. The other driver was ok to be fair, said he didn't know what happened. Eventually got to Central Berlin at 11.20pm after landing at 21.40pm. I hour and 40 mins later. Absolute disgrace, I was going to ask for a refund but I won't bother, I'll just put some honest reviews of the company when I get back home. Avoid at your peril, you have been warned.

Sneaky Fees, Heartless Customer Service..…

I rang Dial Direct last month (Oct) to inform them I was scrapping my car as it failed the mot and was too much too repair. I noticed yesterday (Nov) my direct debit payment went from my bank after I was told it would be cancelled.

I rang them today to explain that the D/D has gone out and was confused as the policy was cancelled last month. They had no recollection of a call being made to cancel my car insurance. I have paid 10 months out of 12 and hoped to get a small refund for the month I didn't use. Instead I was bluntly told I owe them money (cancellation fee) and I would not be refunded November's D/D that went out of my bank. I have basically paid them a month's free insurance for a car that I no longer own and has been scrapped!!

When I explained that usually I get refunded if I have paid the majority of the years policy, I was snapped at and told if I don't make a card payment now (cancellation fee) I would incur further charges.

I feel like I've been scammed. I understand there is a cancellation policy, but all the other companies I have used in the past have always refunded me if I have paid over the odds, sadly not this company.
I won't be giving them my custom in the future. 35 mins waiting to speak to a human was also frustrating.

National Express Bham to Luton Airport

03.45 coach to Luton Airport from Digbeth, Bham. Lovely ride down to Luton. So much better than July's trip to Manchester which was a nightmare. Quiet ride down there and am almost empty coach until Northampton onwards. Puts back a little faith back with this company!!

Ordered a book for my best friends 40th…

Ordered a book for my best friends 40th birthday. Ordered 30th April, still no book. It's now May 9th, friends birthday is tomorrow. Sent email to wordery that book was not showing up in Order History, plus when I ordered it, Wordery stated it was IN STOCK.
They replied by stating they are having issues with supplier.
I now have to go out and source the book myself from the high street. All this for just saving £1.50. It's just not worth the hassle and stress.
The email response I was sent was vague and evasive, basically If we know, you will know kind of answer.

I have been a very loyal customer, but sadly won't be using them again. I expected them to go out of their way and send the book by 24hr courier so I could present to my friend for his special day, just got a 'we will let you know when it arrives to us' response.

Usually had no other problems with the company, but when their response shows lack of empathy, you will lose my custom indefinitely. Poor show guys. No contact number either...just email.

Great!!

I ordered some products from the Netherlands, arrived in the UK. Yodel then brought them very speedily to my home. Very happy as this the first time I have used/come across this company.

I would recommend Yodel and would definitely use them again.
