Ordered a book for my best friends 40th…

Ordered a book for my best friends 40th birthday. Ordered 30th April, still no book. It's now May 9th, friends birthday is tomorrow. Sent email to wordery that book was not showing up in Order History, plus when I ordered it, Wordery stated it was IN STOCK.
They replied by stating they are having issues with supplier.
I now have to go out and source the book myself from the high street. All this for just saving £1.50. It's just not worth the hassle and stress.
The email response I was sent was vague and evasive, basically If we know, you will know kind of answer.

I have been a very loyal customer, but sadly won't be using them again. I expected them to go out of their way and send the book by 24hr courier so I could present to my friend for his special day, just got a 'we will let you know when it arrives to us' response.

Usually had no other problems with the company, but when their response shows lack of empathy, you will lose my custom indefinitely. Poor show guys. No contact number either...just email.
