Booked a trip to budapest via tryp.com everything was really smooth and a great experience. The hotel suggested was in an excellent location for our stay, and the price was great.

Ordered items and was advised at each stage of the process when they would arrive. For example when it had been dispatched, then when it cleared customs as shipping to UK and then when it was out for delivery. Item arrived quickly and were packaged really well and I also saved money as it should have been £32.00 but it was £24.00. Would definitely recommend my origins, have used them previously and will use them again.

I ordered the jaspre skirt in chocolate and the chocolate coloured shirt, I ordered them on next day (24)delivery and paid £9.95 p&p however the clothes didnt arrive until 3 days later. I raised a query with their customer service and requested a refund of the additional postage that I paid and was told my order was on its way. When the items arrived, I was really happy with the quality of the clothes, but unfortunately the skirt was way too long. I think it would be helpful if they included more items in the petite range as the skirt that was calf length on the model was touching the floor on me. I was disappointed that they didn't fit and unfortunately I had to return my items. I was then notified by email that it would take 5 to 7 days to process my return and a refund would follow within 5 to 7 days after that. I think this is too long to process a return when other stores do it much quicker. Although, if there was more items included in the petite range I would shop here again as the quality of the clothes I ordered was lovely.

The application process was easy, my items were delivered on time. The engineer Adam arrived on time and worked all day. He explained the new system, and he tested it to ensure it was working efficiently and that everything was as it should be.

The boiler is so quiet, I had to check it was on! My heating now works as does my showers and underfloor heating, and i am hoping that having a more efficient system, we will save some money on our energy bills in the future

Bought the Lizzie 3+2 seater sofas and the footrest, the sofa is so comfortable. I wanted to amend the standard order, we chose a different fabric for scatter cushions and footrest and this was updated for our order.Nothing was too much, the customer service was excellent, the delivery was arranged on time and the men delivered the sofas with care and respected my home and then took away all packaging. I would definitely recommend to a friend, in fact I am bringing my mum and dad along to the showroom to help them find a new sofa of their own.

Really great delivery , advised when dispatched and delivered earlier than expected. As we were out I was able to use the feature to ask for it to be posted to a neighbour. Parcel was waiting for me when I got home.

We really enjoyed staying here, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Alexandra from reception, who advised us where to go and how to navigate the city. We would recommend this hotel but the only downside was the pillows on the bed they were not great. But all in all a lovely stay

I have applied to Hastings, believing it to be a reputable company which is why I decided to go with their cover believing it to ne value for money, however I had no certificate of insurance through, the documents emailed appear to be inadequate and when u asked about business cover which is usually standard with other insurance companies, I was told I would be charged an additional £78. I am now lookin at cancelling my policy and transferring to an alternative supplier who offer more cover at s lower price!
