eezy peezy

Booking the space was very easy. Getting to the car park via the instructions was easy, but my only criticism is that because you can not reserve a parking space it was hard to find a place to park.

The ordering process was painless but can do better.

The ordering process was painless. I did not take note of my order so went into my account and there was no record of my order there to check on. This should be available as soon as the order is placed. I was waiting for a confirmation e-mail but only found one to rate the performance.

Great service.

I found the process to be painless. The person at the cabin to be helpful & courteous. He explained everything in detail and did not want to rush me into making any decisions I was not happy with.

received the items ordered on time

received the items ordered on time. Tick. Realised the coloured paint was the wrong colour so tried to change it in store but unfortunately I had deleted the confirmation receipt. No problem I thought I have my bank statement. Went to the store in Ammanford and was denied a exchange by the staff. Very disappointed. Why then do you ask in store whether a customer wishes to have a receipt or not if when we wish to exchanger an item it is refused. The 2 tins of paint had not been opened and were still in the shrink wrap they came in and were Wilkinsons own brand of paint. For me, really appalling customer service. The company I work for would have accepted the items back as an exchange which is what I wanted.

Brilliant service

I was so impressed with the service i received from Wex. I have used them previously and thought the service great. But on this occasion I placed my order in the afternoon and the items were with me the next morning.The quality of the service and the items that i bought were top notch. makes me want to purchase more.
