received the items ordered on time. Tick. Realised the coloured paint was the wrong colour so tried to change it in store but unfortunately I had deleted the confirmation receipt. No problem I thought I have my bank statement. Went to the store in Ammanford and was denied a exchange by the staff. Very disappointed. Why then do you ask in store whether a customer wishes to have a receipt or not if when we wish to exchanger an item it is refused. The 2 tins of paint had not been opened and were still in the shrink wrap they came in and were Wilkinsons own brand of paint. For me, really appalling customer service. The company I work for would have accepted the items back as an exchange which is what I wanted.
