Good

Smooth and seamless service thank you. Still got caught out for fees and extra charges from Ryanair, would recommend 'On the Beach' make clear and obvious statements about this when actually booking.

I signed up for 3mth subscription

I signed up for 3mth subscription to their diet plan. I did not realise it started from the minute you subscribe. There were no options for when the 3 months started or finished so I requested a refund straight away. I was told no, the subscription was not refundable. I later informed them why I had requested a refund; a very close family bereavement (my son), that the refund was refused as it was non-refundable, so I requested a postponement of the plan instead (without refund). I was in no fit state to start the diet straight away. That was refused too. "COMPUTER SAYS NO!" Absolutely diabolical.

So impressed

I couldn't be more happy with having my frames reglazed last year. This year I needed a repair to put a lens back in after they were sat on. It's testament to the quality that the lens did not break, scratch or crack. Again it was a seamless process from receiving a box to send my glasses to them, to having them repaired and returned in absolutely mint condition. I can't do without my Vari-focals now. Turnaround time was speedy, I had personal emails from them regarding my own personal details and they kept me fully informed as well as unbeatable value for money. I hope they carry on and grow their business because I intend to return to them whenever my prescription needs updating.

I've been a customer since April 2017…

I've been a customer since April 2017 and during this time I have enjoyed many fantastic products and have quite the arsenal of resources stored on my iCloud. I have also loved their discount system, special offer bundles, freebie Fridays and their Crowdcast Events. The team are really interactive on the community pages as well as from Customer Service so I feel like they are easily accessible either for support or replying to general comments. I've never had any issues and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. They tick the boxes for both quality and quantity.

I had quite a few quotes and telephone…

I had quite a few quotes and telephone calls with different funeral plan providers and I did not choose this one. The first call I had was from a woman who was demanding my credit card and to pay £250 before I had received any paperwork. She had a irritated attitude when I asked for the paperwork to be sent out first and that was that call over. Next day a different rep telephoned with a much better attitude, however he still pressured me to get out my credit card and asked me to read the numbers and info from it. He insisted I could get my £250 back if I changed my mind. I hadn't made a decision at that point and certainly could not be bothered with paying out, in order to claim back later. The company also said they price match but they couldn't match an alternative price I obtained with not only comparable benefits but improved ones. I did not a have a pleasant experience with this company.

Lovely blinds, they look wonderful, but no instruction on how to keep them clean. Looks like a woven plastic material and insects do get stuck inside.

I got a really good deal for monthly mobile plan including unlimited minutes and texts, with more data than I could ever use, and also included a top brand handset with no upfront cost. The Sales Person on the telephone was super efficient, friendly and all was sorted and running within 2 days.

I ordered a beautifully designed trench…

I ordered a beautifully designed trench coat in blush pink. Great style and on trend as well as being great value at sale price. It was amazing quality of material and stitching, fully lined and comfy. Alas I am not a tall rake thin model. even though a size 12, I ordered both 12 and 14 but the problem wasn't width; it was the upper torso which was way too long. Sadly returned but had instant response and refund. Excellent quality and service though.

This bottle is amazing

This bottle is amazing. I never believed it could keep drinks cold for 24 hours, especially as the quantity goes down and the drink is exposed to more air inside, but it still stayed cold! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because you have to account for the weight and it's not easy to carry. With the drink inside it's quite heavy, and wet with condensation so not suitable for running, bike riding etc. But perfect otherwise and certainly everybody that's seen mine now wants one.

I had awful problems viewing my order and paying for the transaction. I wrote to Customer Services who advised of their browser. I downloaded and used that browser, then experienced exactly the same problems for a second order! Not using them again.

Brilliant!

This site was a real find. What a gem and I couldn't believe it was a free service! I gave a job to a driver to collect a vehicle and the site made it so easy for me to get and check quotes, look at recommendations and feedback, choose a good price, and everything went really well. I have already recommended the site to my friends and family.
