The worst experience possible for a landlord

The letting service provided to me as a landlord has been truly appalling. Despite CHK Mountford forcing me to take my complaint all the way to 'The Property Ombudsman' (TPO) who initially advised that "any award is unlikely to exceed £300", when they had examined the case they were so shocked that they awarded me £2912.80. The TPO found that CHK had failed to "...provide a service consistent with fairness, integrity and best practice", had failed to "...treat all parties fairly and with courtesy", had failed in "...CHK’s duty of care was to their Landlord client, to act in their best interest and offer suitable advice to meet their aims and needs" had failed to "...manage property in accordance with the law, the relevant tenancy agreement and their Terms of Business with landlord clients." had failed to "....respond promptly and appropriately in the circumstances to reasonable communication from landlord and tenants particularly where these relate to statutory repairing and maintenance obligations or safety regulations." - and plenty more. Shout-out to Polly Ogden-Duffy (MD) for her failure to resolve these issues and her leadership of a thoroughly inept and incompetent organisation.

Cold and unwelcoming

Cold and unwelcoming. No heating in rooms - freezingly cold. No shampoo, no nibbles in the rooms, very basic accommodation. Feedback to Roger is goes ignored. Park outside of the cramped parking area will result in a rude message on your windscreen from Roger. Stay here only if you have no other options. Difficult to see how how 5 x 1 star reviews on Trustpilot gets a rating of 2.6!!!!! Not much to trust there!!!! Average of 5 1 star reviews is 1 !

Truly appalling and disorganised

Beyond a joke. Placed an order & my credit card was charged. It didn't arrive. Numerous e-mails to them totally ignored. Called them. No record of my order. They promised a refund. Partial refund only received. Numerous e-mails to them re refund totally ignored. Balance of refund eventually received. New order placed. Nothing received. numerous e-mails to them re order totally ignored. Called them. they said they had sent it again. Numerous e-mails to them re order totally ignored. Called them again and they said that most of the items I ordered were out of stock so they couldnt supply them. Partial order then received. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Booked my Ferrari in for a service with a pick up and return on a covered truck. An issue occurred in the process which was resolved and I even received a call from the MD, Howard R,to sort things out, so rating now changed to "impressed".

Consistently poor printing, borders regularly uneven, e-mails to customers services / info go unanswered after weeks of waiting and repeated requests for a reply. There are much better printing companies out there.

Pretty automated service. If you have any queries then the service, or queries about the delivery of the service, just fall over. There is no real human being at the end of the chain who is willing or able to assist - even with basic queries. So this is basically just a postal service - nothing more, nothing less.

Poor quality plants and dreadful customer service. 'Sam' in their sales team urgently needs some training. I ordered three boxes of Lupins, - most of one box was dead. I don't expect to have to argue about having them replaced - even when photos are provided!! I'm going elsewhere for my next order!

As disaster from start to finish

As disaster from start to finish. AnyVan contracted the transport of my car to a third party who managed to cause over £3k of damage to the bodywork of my car. AnyVan refused to accept liability despite them being party with whom I contracted and I had to issue court proceedings to get the full amount paid. Incredibly unhelpful throughout, dishonest and unprofessional from start to finish.
AND JUST TO COMMENT ON THE 'ANYVAN' LIE IN THEIR RESPONSE - THE REASON WHY I PURSED YOU IN THE SMALL CLAIM COURT WAS BECAUSE YOU REFUSED TO PAY - BUT LET"S FACE IT HONESTY & INTEGRITY WAS NEVER YOUR STRONG POINT:
Post settlement note: Once again ANYVAN lie about the facts. The settlement was only made AFTER I initiated legal action.

We can see that the driver has processed a successful insurance claim. Despite this, you followed through with raising a claim through the courts to recover the costs for damage. The claim is now showing as fully resolved.

This is nothing other than a scam site

This is nothing other than a scan site. Looks professional with all sorts of gold certificates listed however they never answer the phone line, they dont answert the chat, and e-mails are ignored. In addition that account I created then ceased to exist and I couldn't even log on to my account. Managed to get my payment back from my credit card company.

Best avoided. Ordered a Sony flash over a week ago given that the estimate was delivery 2-3 days later. Nothing heard since other than a receipt for the cash they have taken from my account. No e-mail shown on their website. What a joke. Will not use them again.

Never Again

Never Again! ServicingStop quote a low price for a full service then present you with a large bill for additional items which they say aren't included such as oil change, coolant change and brake fluid change!!!! Would have been cheaper to go directly to Mercedes ! Will definitely not use them again!! Don't just take my word for it - check out the website at reviews-co-uk.
In an attempt to take down this review ServicingStop have even tried to claim that they don't recognise me as a customer. Odd that they didn't have that problem when I paid them £301. (My customer order invoice number was 671036 if SS want to look it up!)

Dishonest call centre operating as Southall Travel

Southall Travel (Also masquerade as Travel Trolley and Fly Sharp). Very dishonest company with hidden charges who refuse to honor promises and commitments made at time of booking. Would strongly advise that you avoid them and please do make sure that you record the conversation with them if you need to speak on the telephone. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE THE VICTIM OF A SCAM. Worthwhile also reading the many negative reviews on TripAdvisor and other websites of people's negative experiences here.

Dreadful!

Ordered tyres to include fitting. Paid for fitting as tyres then was told that the fitting was just to provide me with a list of garages who could fit he tyres! Told I wasn't able to cancel unless I wanted to pay a £100 cancellation fee. No tracking number provided and when I called the tyre fitters they said they had never heard of tyre leader! Spoke to tyre leader who couldn't have been more unhelpful. Based in Germany so not easy to deal with. Absolute rubbish company with an absolute rubbish service! Would definitely nor recommend them to anyone.
