Having owned greenhouses from Halls previously we continue to be impressed by their service including any necessary after sales. Assembly does take some serious working out but the end result is as it should, very useable.
Have used home delivery saver slots service for over 3 years now. Though sometimes substitutions are provided the acceptance / return system to customer works well with refunds or vouchers processed. The drivers are helpful, friendly & always efficient in manner.
Since lockdowns we have used Home Delivery. Though occasionally items are substituted the service has proved practical for us and allows us to firmly control the weekly shop cost too. The saver option is a bonus and the drivers are friendly, helpful & efficient.
With this quality product and not the cheapest the customer service did not disappoint. With a couple of admin oversights plus querying quality of one cover, in all instances they were really efficient and resolved issues clearly as well as quickly. So pleased.
Unable to contact anyone by phone or email to resolve my complaint. A box arrived today with 3 meals I do NOT recall selecting. Not even food I would cook let alone but! I’ve been charged and don’t want it. Sooo frustrating when the help centre only gives you the option to pause or cancel any supposed prescription choice. Sucked in by a postage only option as a trial then a meal box turns up. Excruciatingly annoying and wasteful.

It was straight forward. They had to correct an error on the prescription details. Quickly rectified and the glasses came 4 days later. First timer and suitably impressed.

The order process, the speed of response and receipt of delivery all as promised. The light, after electrician installed, is ideal for our back door area. Should easily be able to see the door lock now.
First time user and so far the product delivers. I have had an itchy scalp for some time and the sea salt purifying clean as big scrub had immediate effect after first application can't wait to the purifying shampoo too with thermal mud. Very pleased. So far so good

I am a convert. Have been on a regular subscription since last year. Good service, brilliant ethos and the toothpaste tablets do what they need with my super electric toothbrush.
Just an easy and clear conversation as I’d decided I didn’t want to renew this year. It was quick and straight forward to put our account on hold this time. As advised, received an email confirming this cancellation. In the future it will be easy enough to call and reinstate membership for another year.
New to area and really pleased BIFFA are dealing with garden waste too now. Prompt delivery of garden bin. Friendly, helpful & positive. Hope soil conditioner can be produced to resell back to gardeners wanting to improve their beds + soil generally.

Good results, impressive. Just not sure the free Floor Dok is overkill for us! Need to store it just in case. Very handy for our small house with hard floors downstairs and carpet up.
