Couldn't be better, parcel arrived promptly, in good condition and by our lovely delivery lady, Sue.

Over a fortnight now since I mentioned there being no review facility on Damart anymore, still no change.Also the very silly zoom which makes no difference at all, hardly worth doing.So annoying when you change something that was working well and made it worse. Other people find the review system helpful as I do, I won't buy if I don't know what i'm getting, costly to return items.

Best delivery driver ever, Sue is courteous, helpful and loved by our boisterous collie dog, top marks!

Don't like the new website, why change it? Can't see reviews or give review myself on their site. Are Damart worried what we'll say now? Used to be such a friendly site, always with the customer in mind, no more.

Edit: Thanks for your reply Fahima, as Damart are still altering its website to include reviews, could you please mention the zoom facility too. The zoom now is virtually useless, hardly any difference to the normal setting, where as before you could get a really close up look at the material.

Damart are a great company, would get 5 stars if didn't charge for returns.

Utterly furious, ordered some Hotter shoes from Debenhams thinking I would be able to return them for nothing. Not so it will cost me £2.50. The shoes I ordered were supposed to be an EXTRA WIDE fitting, Hotter are having a laugh. You could tell the moment they came out of the box they were not even a wide fitting let alone an extra wide. These shoes were not cheap and supposed to be made in this country, no wonder our manufacturing industries are going to the dogs, if this is what they churn out.I feel totally let down and cheated, as if Hotter are hoping I won't send them back, I bet some don't.

Edited to say, the shoes were Chase II.

Edited again to say, Hotter customer care have emailed me to say it's nothing to do with them as Boohoo sold me their shoes, so I should take it up with them.Here's me thinking it was Debenhams, doesn't matter who sold them it's HOTTER who's making them, not fit for purpose.What a cop-out!

Just finished both our intoductory pies, steak and kidney and a cherry pie. Both absolutely superb flavourwise and beautiful pastry.I could actually see the kidney in the Turner pie, as apposed to the minced nasty kidney in most bought pies these days. Worth every penny and will be ordering more.

Have ordered shoes from ECCO before and had no bother, however this time a size for wide fitting were still too narrow. I looked for returns and they mentioned a courier, however on further reading was told to go to the post office.A little annoying but I thought ok, then my husband came home after posting the shoes which cost a whopping £7 to return.You've been warned and ECCO have lost a customer.

Edit: We thought we had put the returns label on the parcel but was still charged. That's not of course counting for the petrol money to the nearest post office, so not free anyway.
