Terrible customer service.

Just received my order and the item wouldn't fit a child. I've tried to find out how to return it but it's almost impossible if you have a life.Which is why they make it so tough, you'll give up.Might as well as just handed them the money and saved all the trouble.

You have been warned! Buyer beware.

Does this company exist?

I ordered a WiiM amp (music streamer) online from this company on 28th November as they were offering a good Black Friday deal. The web site said dispatch would be in two working days. The goods have failed to arrive and I have had all sorts of excuses - like being busy over Black Friday to "tracking numbers are now available" (which they aren't). The web site now says it is being relaunched today but there is no sign of that happening either. Someone answers the phone but says they are busy and will ring you back but that does not happen. I am beginning to believe this company, which only began in July this year, is a sham. I am in touch with my credit card company to have the money refunded and will be referring the case to Trading Standards. Based on my experience I cannot advise anyone to give this company any money.

I made a really silly error when…

I made a really silly error when ordering the flowers for my son's partner. I gave her old address and of course she never received them. Along came Prestige Flowers to the cavalry and offered to send them to the correct address, as a gesture of goodwill.Wonderful service, especially as they were a bouquet for condolence, order from them in complete confidence.
