Good communication from the retailers regarding delivery time and date.
The suite is easy to assemble , however a 2nd person is required to successfully fit the glass table top correctly.
Knocked off a star for the fire pit instructions - the print on this was faded and difficult to read.
Otherwise, completely satisfied with the quality of the suite, and would have no hesitationin buying from this retailer again .

I ordered my walking pad from this company on the 10th February last, with an expected delivery date between the 20th-22nd of February. It was never delivered, and I couldn’t track it at all either. On the 25th of February, I got an email from the company apologising for the delay, saying that there was an issue with their labels which was being rectified, and that I would be able to track my order shortly. This never happened, and I have contacted the company on numerous occasions since, initially regarding the status of my order, and then requesting a refund. I have not got a single reply from them !
This appears to be a total scam, and hopefully future customers will read these reviews before placing any orders with these shower !

Acorn made it very easy for me to change my car insurance provider. Customer service were very courteous and helpful, and the call with their insurance person arrived at the arranged time . Again, they were very courteous and helpful, explained the next steps to me clearly, as well as the discounts I was entitled to from having other business with them ie house insurance

Stayed in Harvest Moon at EP23, great experience overall. Tent was comfortable, staff nice, helpful and friendly, and short walk to the arena. Toilets and showers very good over the whole weekend, coffee and food available on site, only missing a little bar area

Excellent site to use , very easy to navigate and find what you're looking for . If an item you've ordered is unavailable for whatever reason , they will contact you with options to change your order , or wait for your original order . Delivery time is very good too ( I'm an international customer ) - always 5-10 working days as advertised , no matter what time of year ( Valentine's , Christmas etc ) . Items are packaged very securely too , no cjhance of damage in transit .
