STAY AWAY - I placed an order back in July of this…
I placed an order back in July 2025 (today's date is 20th October 2025 for reference) order number 1210. Despite many many attempts on my behalf, I never received any reply to my emails and contact efforts. Let alone my actual order! They took the money for my order out of my account and I received nothing but stress. Only conclusion I can come to is that it must be a scam obviously.

Terrible customer service.
You try and do right and ‘shop local’/‘shop Irish’ but instead you get delayed delivery and awful customer service. I could have bought the walking pad on Amazon and received it 2 weeks earlier. Their website says 7-10 working days. This is not true. No response or follow up from their customer service either. Wish I’d seen these review before I ordered. AVOID!

We never want any of our customers to feel let down, and I sincerely apologise for the delay and for not communicating as clearly as we should have.
Your order has now been delivered, it arrived in 12 working days, just a couple of days outside our usual 7–10 working day estimate. The reason for this slight delay is that we experienced a much higher volume of orders than usual, and the model you selected temporarily went out of stock in our Irish warehouse. To make sure you still received it as quickly as possible, we fulfilled it from our sister warehouse in Germany, which added a few extra days to the delivery time.
We truly appreciate your support of a small Irish business, and we’re already working on improving both our stock management and communication so that future orders run more smoothly. I hope you’re enjoying your new walking pad now that it’s with you.

SCAM Website – Still Operating!
I bought a walking pad on 7 July 2025 and never received it. I left a review on 28 July warning others, and nothing has changed (today is 29th of October). The website keeps shutting down and then reopening with new fake products and fake 5-star reviews. The contact phone number listed on their page (01) 2232822 does not exist when you try to call it.
This is a pure/complete scam – no product, no refund, no response. Stay away and don’t fall for it! I still haven't received my walking pad, and it's already been 3 and a half months. No one has responded to me even once!!!

I have had no communication (other than the initial order email) and no reply to the 2 emails I have sent them trying to ascertain where my order is and when (or if) I will receive my order. I am beginning to suspect this is a scam. No way to contact them and dubious looking information on the "our story" section of their site. As of this moment I strongly recommend you stay away from this site.

I ordered my walking pad on 5th of June, I have contacted them 3 times on the 2 email addresses provided for customer service over the last 6 weeks with no response. I still have not received my product nor any shipping confirmation/ tracking details. No contact number to call anyone.

I was having issues with my X21 king…
I was having issues with my X21 king smith Walking pad it was starting to vibrate and making a grinding noise after 4 months of using it everyday 😬. Niamh fro walkingpad.ie was extremely helpful reviewing the videos I sent and she made some suggestions and even offered to send a new motor to replace the faulty one. Got it fixed and is perfectly working again. Very responsive and efficient customer service!

Zero should be an option for the review. Absolutely disgraceful, ordered a walking pad on 11th March. No update or reply from supplier. No phone number on their website. Bank said my dispute has been declined and took the money again but still no update 2 months later.

This should be a score of zero as this company is a scam. My bank refunded me luckily. Contact your bank or credit card company to report fraud. This website is not recognised by walkingpad.com to sell their products. There are no reviews on facebook from Ireland, 100% are from the Philippines. Address and phone number are fraudulent
