If an item you've ordered is unavailable for whatever reason , they will contact you with options to change your order , or wait for your original order . Delivery time is very good too ( I'm an international customer ) - always 5-10 working days as advertised , no matter what time of year ( Valentine's , Christmas etc ) . Items are packaged very securely too , no cjhance of damage in transit .
