The customer service is second to none. The plants are so well packed it is like opening a lovely present when they arrive. If I have a problem it is rectified .For instance I was sending a gift and I inadvertently put the wrong address. My phone call to the company was helpful and the situation was rectified. Gift was well received
Plants are lovely always.

Staff always helpful if need to speak to them, Money refunded if in credit at end of year
Cheaper tariff notified at end of contract.

Staff are lovely ,always helpful. Food is equally lovely , but have my favourites. Roulade being one of them.

Well I ordered 3 dresses in May before they arrived I had a medical emergency and was in hospital for a month. I asked my husband to phone customer services for me because I could not try them on or return in the time allowed. They were most helpful and said there would not be problem. As it turns out when I returned home they fitted perfectly and I kept all 3! ( didnt intend to when ordering)
Since then I have bought in the sale and I am delighted with the fit and quality of material. Thank you

Both people I spoke to were excellent. The first with a payment and in the customer services help was given to help me download an App and get my anti virus installed on my phone. Very good pleasant, patient service for a crinkly like me!

The web site is very easy to use, I try and avoid the site as I will always want to buy something!!
The plants are well packed so that they dont get damaged whilst travelling to me.

I had tried other photo apps to make a photo book and it appeared more difficult.
I found this very easy to use, I haven't yet got the photo book but with my recent experience expect it to be good.

The agent, Natalie , was very helpful and pleasant. I was pleased to be able to speak to a person rather than a "virtual agent". I was then able to discuss my situation and helped to adjust my monthly direct debit.

Over the years I have bought various meals from COOKand have never been dissapointed.
I havent yet used my most recent buy which was the Duck a l'orange.

The puddings are all delicious as well, but I love the Lemon cheescake and the roulades.

ordered in the autumn ,spent quite a lot of money for clumps of Agapanthus. Recently received them all beautifully packed. Now planted as suggested and hoping for a lovely display for my recently re arranged garden.
My next order had a querie on a sunday, I rang left a message and surprise, surprise received a reply by phone a few minutes later. Querie answered and an order placed next day

Only discovered this company 18 months ago and have been pleased with everything. The bulbs I have bought are all beautifully packed and presented. Customer services were very helpful over an unusual bulb that I needed help with. I cant fault them at all.

I have used The Flight Centre for three long haul trips. Australia, Hilton Head (USA) and more recently for Barbados. I did not need accommodation, apart from an overnight stay in Savannah. The car and hotel were great.
Unfortunately the Barbados trip had too cancelled due to me being hospitalised , however I received great help with my cancellation so that I could claim on my travel insurance. I would definitely use them again
