Horrendous customer care

Horrendous customer care, have tried several times to sort out my gas bill, fell behind Due to being furlowed. Not helpful at all and wanted to charge me £150 to have a pay as you go meter installed. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for ten minutes and then cut off, have now transferred to utilitia who not only took on my arrears but also sorted out a manageable payment plan, my advise is stay away from British gas
