What a disaster
What a disaster, ordered a box with 60% off, still £27 when it took me to website I entered my current address as billing and delivery and did same when I entered new card details, it then got me to sign into an old account and use app, all fine, I then get a notification that my box has been delivered, no it has not, find out it has gone to an old address, obviously there system has not updated my address details which I inputted twice, no where on app to change address once live ?
CS is terrible not even based in UK ?
Will never use again and had to dispute payment through bank to get money back.
