Waste of time trying to contact them

Emailed them with a question about delivery as I wanted to know how it was delivered with regards to moving the glass from the delivery truck to the garden and never got a replay so they lost a sale seems that lots of people have issues get a reply well it’s their loss

Great service fantastic none pushy sales guy

After looking round for a couple of new sofas and a chair we were torn between two shops DFS and another we went back to DFS the sales guy was very easy to get on with and never once put any pressure on us. we left DFS to take another look at the otehr shop again the sales guy was none push and his words were "good luck but i hope to see you both again when you have decided". We came back to DFS same day and purchased two sofas and a chair. A big part of the reason we went back to DFS was the atterude of the sales guy. he gave us all the options never once tried to push any thing on to us so its a big thank you to him from us and i hope DFS know they have a fantastic sales guy with him PS one of the reasons we did buy was he told me where he bourght his shoes in York LOL

First class service

Well it sure what’s going on with every one else but I have had 3 ring subscriptions for 3 different adresses for over 5 years my house my older brothers house and my static caravan one of my v1 floodlight cams pictures when pink called ring went through a number of things with them on line they told me I needed to replace the cam and they sent a new model out free of charge all I had to do was return the faulty cam with a pre paid label they sent to me that’s fantastic service so thank you ring

Tee shirts looked used and just stuffed into a bag

Purchased 3 packs of tee shirts they arrived the next day two packs were new the third pack was what looked like a bunch of used returns or something they had swept up off the floor and stuffed into an open plastic bag I did contact them got an email back saying sone one would contact me within 24 hours did they NO stay away

Purchased a garden shed from here

Purchased a garden shed from here. First off i must say my contact with Robert Dyas when buying was 5 star. the shed was a 5 star shed. the reason i gave them 3 stars is they are and i was let down bey their delivery company Plaletline they gave me a delivery date so i took a day off work nothing arrive. so i called them late afternoon and was told they had changed the delivery to the following day so then made me loose two days of work.

Never Again stay away from this unreliable company

Got may email with the link to track my pallet Con No 0191649 says collected 23-08-24 Delivery date 28-08-24 so took a day off work and wait for my SMS update or email on the two hour time slot what did I get nothing. so i got in touch with the local hub who said they could not deliver today but it will be delivered tomorrow before 10 when i asked why could they not let me know they told me it was Palletlines responsibility to tell me and still its 18:40 and nothing from Palletline so all the bull on the web page about customers is just that Bull so now i have to take a day and a half off work because they don't care

Just retired and set a budget of 18k for a second hand car after always having a company car. This morning I went to Bristol street motors Stamfordham Road Newcastle upon Tyne they had what looked like a good selection of quality used cars but not one had a price on. How do they expect you to buy a car from them if you don't know the price do I have to as a sales man for the price of each car what a waste of time, well Bristol street that's one sale you have lost today total waste of my time

worst booking site stay away

Used Booking.com to book the Judd,s folly hotel in Faversham booking confirmation No 4933.092.106 for the next day. I paid booking.com and got confirmation from them. Later the same day in the evening I got a call from a nice lady in the hotel who told we that they were fully booked long before I booked and booking.com should not have made the booing so why did Booking.com take my money and give me a confirmation number then when I called booking. com they had me on the phone for 20 minutes playing trying to sort it the lady was polite but i asked for a refund i just hope i get it this is not the way to treat customers I wont be booking with booking.com ever again and hope that others take heed of my warning so you don't end up paying getting confirmation and then find out you don't have a room never again will i use this company now its a case of will i get my money refunded or will it be the count court (small claims court ) but rest assured i will get my money back

Worst service you can ever come across

Worst service you could imagine placed an order that never arrived the logistics company could not / would not deliver it as the store they advertised for delivery did not accept Evi parcels contacted lovehoney via email was told it takes 5 to 7 days to reply to email so done web chat they told me I could not have a rebate until Evi tried to deliver it 3 times the chat person said yes there is a problem but they could not issue a rebate what a absolute shambles of customer service lovey honey keep the money as you seam to need it more than me stay away from this company they are just conmen UPDATE 21-03-24 thanks for the pointless reply as I stated above I have emailed you also used your web chat and it’s was a pointless exercise you keep coming up with excuses why not to refund if your that desperate please keep the refund but I hope others heed my warning on your company
